For an example R134a refrigerant, in evaporator refrigerant temperature is 12°c it becomes vapour, in condensor refrigerant temperature is 37°c how it change liquid..

It's really a nice question. You are thinking deeply that's why you have come with this question. So nice.
Before we can do the experiment with water. The boiling point of water is 100 degree Celsius at atmospheric pressure. but if you increase the pressure of water the boiling point of water also increase.
For example, At 100 Kpa pressure the water boiling point is 100 degree Celsius. But at 200 Kpa pressure the water boiling point will be 120 degree Celsius.
Same like that, The refrigerant when it comes out from the compressor it will be in high pressure, so the boiling point of that refrigerant also will be high. That's why the refrigerant will not boil and will not become vapor in the condenser.
I hope you understand this.
