Thank you so much Diane for an excellent presentation. I love the stories of the women of WWI. Thinking about the presentation on the women doctors, this too conveys that feeling of how insanely bold they were.

Great video. Just goes to show what the girls can do. I was lucky to to serve with the 1/15 Royal New South Wales Lancers (Australia) 1967-87, when we were first allowed to have girls in our unit. They were great soldiers.

Brilliant stuff! It's very sad to hear that they had a falling out. You'd think that what they went through together would negate anything else but I suppose it was a different time. It's also sad (but not surprising, I must say) that we Brits were the last to recognise them for their valour.

A wonderful story of two outstanding women. Of all they had been through together and being so far ahead of the times, their friendship is brought to an end because a woman’s divorced status of that time.
