i used to listen to these weirdcore/dreamcore playlists when it was around 2021.. before tiktok was even filled with immature people. i miss when people never judged us for being ourselves but tiktok ruined it.
In a room dimly lit, a soft glow persists, A machine on a desk, shrouded in mists. Keys unmarked, screen so opaque, Its purpose unclear, its power at stake. Whispers of codes, from a time long gone, Echoes of users, to whom it once shone. A cursor that blinks, in rhythms unknown, Waiting for input, in its digital zone. Touching the keys, a cold chill ensues, Text appears slowly, cryptic, obtuse. "Who seeks my knowledge? Who dares to pry? For mysteries await those who try." A challenge, a puzzle, a game to unfold, Stories of data, of legends retold. Each click, a pathway into the abyss, The PC's enigma, a digital kiss. Behind every pixel, secrets reside, In circuits and wires, mysteries hide. Facing this machine, one can't help but see, A world of wonder, of what could truly be.
i never noticed how weirdcore/dreamcore could really make me.. idk how to explain it.. it just feels like i'm floating i'm quite depressed and i guess weirdcore/dreamcore could be a thing that helps me relax i never told anyone about my true feelings but i have told to my friends that i was depressed but i made it look like a joke so i dont worry them and i never told my family because i also didn't want to worry them i'm just too scared to ever tell anybody, but the internet feels like a safe place for me a little but i hope i get well soon😄
I kind of feel the same way but I'm seeing a therapist now, but I just wanted to say never give up hope on things being better. I truly believe all tough times will get better one day
There's a container of canned oranges on my desk. I'm not sure why it's there, since it has a dubious black spot inside, but those oranges are one of the only things I remember from early childhood, so it's staying unless it gets worse.
@@mashollings Honestly it probably does have deeper symbolism, and I did have a small existential crisis about how many items from my early childhood are on my desk despite all the bad memories in my later childhood, as well as attachment to childhood as a whole. But no, there's a plastic container of canned mandarin oranges, like in a school lunch box on my desk. The internet doesn't have any info on the black spot though.

The only think I can thank tiktok for is introducing me to weirdcore, and dreamcore
Huh. I never really used tiktok. These songs are still as odd to me as they were before.
I am not sure what it says about my mental state that I find weirdcore songs so calming....

that was unexpectedly deep... it's kinda like symbolism or am i looking too deep into it?!
