This is the best way to learn, both subtitles appear at the same time. It saves time looking up the translation. Thank you!

I tried to limit my usage of social media, by setting a time limit which simply makes a notification pop up when you reach the limit….it was useless. When you’re in the app, scrolling through the posts it’s almost impossible to stop. It’ll try, starting from tomorrow, to replace social media scrolling with an extremely more beneficial reading activity. I don’t know how it’s going to end, but I’ll give my best. Ps. If someone wants to suggest me a book, I would greatly appreciate it ;)

That sounds like an interesting read :) I would also say knowing you have a problem is a great start. Discovering techniques to help reduce your screentime, that work for you, can take time. Be prepared to try a few approaches, and don't give in. Phones are really useful so you're going to have to learn to live with them. I've met people who have some interesting ideas on how to avoid social media. Like having two phones, one with all the social media apps installed and the other just maps, email and practical apps. Sounds expensive to me, but you need to find your solution now you know you have a problem.
