I resonate so much with what you said in the last part of the video. Unfortunately when I was younger I spent multiples summer playing video games day and night. I missed out so much, I could have gone to the gym more seriously and consistently, learn to play an instrument, socialize and strengthen the bond with my friends, even make new ones….Instead I ended up throwing all these opportunities in the trash. Sometimes I ask myself, what kind of skill I could have acquired if I had employed that time differently or whoever I could have met . Maybe now I won’t be single and with a really narrow group of friends….if you are reading this comment, please don’t make the same mistake. It’s fine to play one or two hours per day, but no more than that. At least I won’t be doing that again, still nobody can give me back those summers when I had all the time of the world to invest in my self or simply enjoy life.
