- In this video I will be showing you how you can short of repair, craft, and upgrade your weapons and guns in Fortnite. It's not fun having very weak weapons or having your weapon break on you in mid fights so hopefully this'll help you out! The repairing technique isn't necessarily repairing but its a great way to keep supplies and reduce the cost of upgrading/making a new gun. Be sure to upgrade your guns as you progress too... Stronger weapons mean more zombie death and leads to more fun!

I am just curious... Why people are trashing me so much about this video? I understand it's not necessarily repairing but in a way its a repairing technique. You are recycling those supplies on that weapon that is about to break into a new version of it... In a way repairing it. I thought it would be a great idea to share this to help everyone save crafting supplies, not trash me into oblivion.

the only things that will "autocraft" for you, is the ducktape and explosive powder (which you can manually craft) but everything else, you do need only these two items will "make for you" - the way you said it, it "could" come across as "if your lucky you might not need it"

You gun level does go up in 10 levels, then you get to "evolve" it to another "star" aka tier level,
1 star - level 1-10
2 star - Level 11-20
3 star - level 21-30
4 star - Level 31-40
5 Star - Level 41-50
The max amount of stars you can get it dependant on your rarity of schematic, once the item is maxed however, it doesn't go up in rarity (from what i've seen)
So if its green it stays green. If its purple it stays purple

As you said, it isn't repairing, it's a bit of a miswording ^^ but! however! you did say that in your video so i don't know why people are complaining about the way you worded it, mistitled on the video however in the video you did explain ^^

ik this is an oldish upload and im sure by now youve figured it out, but you cant just keep lvling up your weapons, once it hits lvl10 you then need to "transform" it which to do so youll need to unlock that skill in the skill trees but thought id just point that out since you said you assume you just keep lvling them.

I just got Fortnite stw, yea I know I’m late but I’m playing stw in December 2020 and after 3years some of the first missions haven’t changed at all but I like how it hasn’t changed, gives me nostalgic memories, but I remember watching RUclips in 2016 and watching a stw video form 2012 and the game was way different, but I hope epic games doesn’t remove stw bucz it’s my favorite game mode, the thing I don’t like about it is that u only get 30fps on Xbox but I have a pc that can get 200fps on save the world so I just play on that, loved the video btw
Thanks for stopping by, Pickle! I don't think you'll have to worry about Epic removing STW. It's been around for a long time and is the reason why Fortnite is where it's at today. Without STW, there wouldn't have been a BR. Hope you are enjoying the fun STW brings! I haven't played it in quite sometime.

As mentioned, it’s a technique I use to reduce the resources needed to craft a new one. I call it a repairing technique but a lot thing otherwise.

Someone gave me a founder's blazing masamune and i have been using it alot, but it's almost broken, so I want to craft other weapons and keep this one in my inventory. Is there a way to craft something you already have again?
How do i level my schematics? what do schematics do? i had some legenderies and choose collect on them? but i can't see the ability to craft it? what do it do... should be collecting them? only 1 star out of like 5 or whatever is filled please explain this!

I upgrade weapons in schematic but it's not get upgraded in my backpack equipped weapons. i mean what happened?
You'll have to recraft the weapon in order to have the upgrades applied to that weapon.

Those are the survivors you saved throughout the mission. You randomly find them around the map... All you have to do is shoot the zombies by them or gather some loot for them and boom.

In order to re-craft a recycled weapon, one must first have the schematic for that weapon. This is not always the case.

So like if i have a legendary scythe blueprint and i build it, then it gets damaged and i want to recyle it, do i recyle it from my backpack? I dont want to end up losing the blueprint somehow
Yes sir! Recycle it in your backpack but make sure it is the crafted item and not the blueprint!
Is there any reason to buy Fortnite STW if it's going free this year? I want the game and I don't mind paying the 40$ even if it goes free, but do I get any bonuses other than getting to play early?
If you like to buy the cosmetic items from the online store, I would say for sure. You can get such an easy amount of V-bucks every few days to buy a new outfit as long as you work at it. So, you are pretty much saving money from purchasing STW to earn V-bucks instead of buying V-bucks. Although, the game does get very repetitive... But all games are repetitive in some way. I am not aware if there will be any specials for those who purchase the game early. Whoever, I have heard that those who buy the game early, will get rewarded with V-bucks and such later down the road. Wish you luck with whatever you choose!
hi guys was wondering what should i look in a weapon before i upgrade
I would say look into the weapon stats and see if they would be good for you. Would you want more weapon durability, weapon damage, etc?
Can you help me? I completed the quest: Kill or be killed, and I should be reviewing the gun, since I did all the quests for it, but its not in my schematics nor my inventory for crafting in game. I also did a quest called "A voice in the night", and I should be receiving the Copper Kodiak but its not in my schematics or crafting inventory in game neither. I have plenty of space in my schematics, but it just won't show up. Can somebody help?
If you are in the main menu of Fortnite: Save The World, head over to the ARMORY tab. Check the "Transform" option and see if the schematic is in there. I am pretty sure that's where schematics you receive from quests go. GOOD LUCK AMY!

I believe if you break them down in the schematics tab, you'll have it. Or you actually need to unlock the schematic to keep it forever.

I just don't get how that repairing technique is useful is there a way to improve weapon durability?
It's useful because you won't be using as much supplies to make a new weapon. I don't understand why it's such a problem though... If you were to make a new weapon, you'd have that same weapon as well as have it at full health... sort of like repairing an item. As of now though, I don't think there is an actual way to repair items.

As you upgrade the weapon, it does have a longer life. So upgrade your weapons! ;)

Uhhh hella late but when you upgrade your guns they have perks and when you get to lvl 5, lvl 10, lvl 15 each level unlocks the perk and the perk can be elemental damage or it can be better durability it can be damage etc

There are multiple bundles of Fortnite, so make sure you are looking at the right one.

Make sure you craft it too. If you crafted a weapon a long time ago, the upgrades won't apply to that weapon unless you craft it again.

In a way it is though. If you were to repair a weapon, you'd most likely need additional supplies to do that, right? Well, if you recycle your weapons, you'd be saving materials used to make a new weapon. The rest of the crafting material needed to make another weapon is going to be a small amount or what I like to think, the repairing fee. I am trying to give you a repairing technique to save you resources and still keep your favorite gun, I am sorry you can't see that.
It's not repairing though you're actually autistic

I've been doing this RUclips thing for close to 12 years now and I know one of the biggest ways to grow is to collaborate with other RUclipsrs who upload the same thing you do, also we are in the same sub range (between 5,000-15,000) I am at 8.6k. If I could stand up for myself, this was made the day before the game came out. I wasn't experienced enough with it nor did I think people would struggle with schematics.
