Amazing. I first heard this around 2004 when I purchased a Yo Yo Ma album and always wondered how it is humanly possible to play this. Thank you for showing me how it is possible!
Performance INCROYABLE !! Bravo !
As i violonist i never could imagine it was possible for a cellist to play this caprice that well. Im just literally like "HOWWWW THAT S POSSIBLE" thanks for that moment, i wish you ll do more caprices for i could be mindfuck again!!
This is the best I’ve seen played on the cello. Ik it’s much harder because of how much farther you have to move around to hit the notes and try to stay in time
Bravissimo! 🎉🎉🎉
Najwyższy szacunek artystyczny. Czapki z głów! Mam świadomość, jak niesamowicie trudny to do wykonania kaprys. Sam go gram, więc umiem docenić.
BRAVO! The speed and accuracy you played this piece was incredible. I doubt Paganini created this piece for anything besides the violin, but you interpreted this piece excellently. The left hand plucking and double stops were awesome. Not to mention, the extremely high notes on the bowing lane! Truly BRAVO.
This is incredible! How are you not a world-class musician yet? Continue this magnificent work! Greetings from a fellow (but amateur) cellist from Canada.
Extraordinary. So expressive and technically impressive. It must be so much more difficult to play this on the cello than the violin, given the much larger fingerboard distances.
Great performance -- something to shoot for in decade or two, if I get there! ;) Appreciate how you varied the articulation on the repeated variations, too.
Substituting speed for accuracy and musicality. It paid off to end up something really worth listening to. Your right hand/arm technique if phenomenal. Keep on playing!
I played both cello and violin. Cello is definitely easier to learn, but more advanced songs are WAY harder on cello then violin because of the shifting range and a lot more room for mistakes

You preformed SO well
He practised 40 hours a day !! Congrats 🎉
Is it even a classical music video with a twoset comment? HELL NAH
@@singsomaniac ?. obviously
Ling Ling
He was a bit hesitant
…and once he got his hair right, he took up the cello
This sounds so incredible and elegant on cello.
Only if the cellist is very talented like this guy. This piece could go very wrong.
Yes @3:58 is the most musical I have heard, ever.
Didn't expect to listen to the whole caprice, but so well played that I didn't notice when reached the end. Bravo!
Never thought it could be played that well on the cello. Beautiful.
Wow..this is incredible
This is so hard on violin. Can't imagine how hard it is on cello
It's very hard..esp the chords
Tenths.
So fluid and musical. Paganini is so often difficult to make sound like music but you make it sing.
The God of this universe has given you an amazing gift. Thank you for sharing.

This is the best I’ve seen played on the cello. Ik it’s much harder because of how much farther you have to move around to hit the notes and try to stay in time
Finally someone who does the harder transcription.
