Mobius chair can tell you everything you need to know because its conected to the source, miracle machine cant create element x because the miracle machine can only produce events yet it cant create stuff out of thin air, and the Mobius chair can give you information on how to get it but you cant create element x
Element X in its purest form is currently very very rare, only small a percentage has been created, yet if you have element X you could very well replicate it the times you want

Perhaps a bit obvious, but I am surprised you didn't include Wonder Woman's sword--can't it shave the electrons off an atom? Sounds pretty powerful to me, even if at no. 10.
Glenn Laroche it can only shave atoms off if its touching the object therefore its useless against even superman or darkside. Im pretty sure someone with a gun could kill you if you had it too

Fun fact: in the marvel universe hercules' club is made of adamantine which is the metal of the gods. A scientist on earth was inspired by this mythical metal and decided to replicate it. Using steel, vibranium and an unknown metal, his attempted creation lead him to create proto-adamantium. The only existing sample of proto-adamatium is cap's shield. Other variations of this metal alloy was created as well. These variations are; true adamantium, secondary adamantium, adamantium beta, and carbonadium.
