I plan to get 3rd masters as well for about the same reasons. I see nothing wrong with it. People set themselves up for different things in life, their own way. My goal is a particular career within HR. my first masters is in organizational leadership, then a MSHR AND lastly a general MBA.

Good luck! Getting an MBA will give you opportunities outside of HR! Make sure you network!

How did you get the grant for ASUGC?? You went for free?

HI - I just want to clarify that I went to the University of Arizona Global Campus not Arizona State University (Online). They are two separates schools but still connected. UAGC offers a grant combined with tuition assistance from certain employers. Your benefits or tuition assistance website at your employer would have details; that’s how I found this grant to go at no cost. I just submitted my tuition assistance as I would any others school and there balance was taken care of. Hope this helps.
