32:07 that’s horrible the way you were treated by those guys at the train station! So many disabilities are hidden and that doesn’t mean you don’t need or deserve help!! Glad you made it home safe ❤

Go online to a pot’s website or to your local council’s website and find out if you can get hold of a special card for travel , which lets them know you need a seat and might give free travel or discounted travel and a blue badge for parking closer , I’m sure you fall into the category for pip which is for everyone that’s sick even if you work run your own business etc also next time you go on the train especially London transport there’s something called a V.I.P service you let them know you require vip service at every station and a guy puts on a orange tabard and will bring you to every platform find you a seat and will have staff meet you at your next stop and the driver it’s a free service ,and nobodies illness or disability has higher standing over each other that’s awful what happened to you , also you feeling unwell on the train won’t delay people they will send an ambulance to the next station and assist you , I’d rather be delayed than know a mother lost her life , your not a burden you didn’t sign up for this and anyone who’s lacking compassion needs to remember these things can happen to anyone of us , I’m glad you got your diagnosis definitely join forums who can offer a lot of advice on living with POTS and all the help available

Hi Charlie, thank you so much for this comment - I was told in the past that I didn't qualify for a lot of disability help as I am 'fit' and 'able' but I will definitely do more research and see what other help is out there.
