Jackson Wang is the only soloist I’ve found yet who is a true all around artist the way that Taemin is and this new song and MV was EVERYTHING. (I am similarly obsessed with Jackson’s “100 Ways” MV.) I work professionally making costumes for theatre, opera and dance so this MV was made for me. I love the drama, the moodiness, sensuality, the theatrical and BRILLIANT choreography, his raspy whiskey voice, HIS FACE, the androgynous nod to fashion with his underbust corset and everyone else’s styling and literally everything else. I was obsessed with the “punk cabaret” band The Dresden Dolls back in college and this MV gives me that same vibe. I was also obsessed with Moulin Rouge and you’re spot on with that comparison.

I had to see your reaction to Jackson's Blow mv 😎 I'm a fan of his music ever since oxygen. Besides focus i haven't heard anything solo from yugyeom and i recently listened to some of bam bam. I casually listened to got7 here and there so i didn't know their styles individually. So, I decided to not skip and got enthralled more in the mv but the song is a low key bop. I did however get tad anxiety...i was like nope 🤣when the rapper came in and stepping on these jumbled wires. I get aesthetic and meaning but its ingrained in me by my professors to keep the stage clean lol. It was really cool to see the set and cinematographer while that means a camera is recording them recording interesting concept. its like what is reality? For Jackson's mv.....corset oh my goodness he wore a corest i can't!! i appreciate the Panic! at the disco comparison because it clicked after why it gave me nostalgia. This whole Burlesque show was amazing and the music production and dance production. Its by far one of his best visions by far. I can't wait to see what he makes next and I do hope he comes out with a making of video.
