- In this first video we show them fundamentals of our BJJ program when it comes to dealing with a common headlock. In Gracie Jiu Jitsu size, strength and athleticism should be dealt with using leverage, body mechanics and position. When someome is giving it 100% it’s amazing that you can counter with 30%
Coach Joe is a phenomenal guy, a real upstanding guy.. I miss training at the school ,but distance got in the way.. can't wait to see more !!!👍👍👍👍👍👍
