You can learn to use Rei ki, without doing those expensive Reiki classes, buy a book by Brett Bevell, he instructs you exactly how to begin Rei ki, for the reasonable price of a book, and yes it works, you just won't be certified to charge money for Reiki , but you can be attuned to Reiki affordably

I would be so intrigued in findings of people who either assume to have or have been diagnosed with ADD and how much of a role the heart chakra is playing in that… with the “so many ideas but cant make them happen/cant focus” etx.

My thyroid went overactive the year of the Harmonic Convergence (actually, right when it started) and I didn't sleep for a week. I frankly thought I was schizophrenic because of my thought processes (I had been a social worker/youth counselor and knew the symptoms). I was also going through my own perfect storm wake up and it was horrendous. I should say the universe was shaking me more awake. I was living in Oakland, CA and friends had to ship me back to Iowa (my mother's doing). I was so weak I couldn't make decisions except to say if I go back to Iowa I was going back to prison and I would never get out (took me 7 years to get out of Iowa). Anyway, please have your thyroid checked through blood tests. You don't want to have it interfere with your life. Took me 3 years to get it fixed (jobs = insurance) and I have to take the thyroid hormone for the rest of my life (damn docs can't get any thyroid to function without hormones).
I am so sorry you went through this and still going through it. I plan to once I see my Dr for my yearly physical. I will ask for her to put in the request again. I am in menopause so not sure if symptoms are from that or the thyroid. Said it's a small underactive one. But I promise I will have it checked. Thank you for sharing your story with me. This concept about "protecting the sensitive wounded person in heart space." rather than speaking from throat space is issue with my "wounded child and invisible child" which is being worked on heavily by Spirit and Guides right now. Happening randomly, not related to events or triggers. Karma dissipating in the process. Observing and showing thanks. Bless, Polly

I also agree with you about the world really needing Reiki right now. It occurred to me that you might like to interview Brett Bevell on your show. He teaches Psychic Reiki, a kind of Reiki that anyone can learn to do for themselves and doesn’t involve expensive classes. He also believes Reiki should be accessible to everyone. I have been practicing Psychic Reiki for 11 years, and it’s a very powerful form of Reiki. He has a book on Amazon called Psychic Reiki. I highly recommend it. I tell myself that some teachers are more suited for some students than others. So dont get dissolution if you have to go to more than one. We are all miracles and things will be if you keep at it. I think we are being ask to understand reality differently. In fact i think for myself I ts imperative. I have to ket go of the past roadblocks because that was then this is now. Let it go so you can grow. The past doesn't exist unless you pull it forward into now. Its a illusion as most of your life has been. Perhaps to learn a lesson. Either way its over it doesnt exist. U dont need to keep going over it. This is all me talking to myself so im not preaching . If it helps you fine. Time is not what you think. Reality is no longer your prison. Look at reality differently and you will understand. I feel clearer now. Like a burden has been lifted. Easy go slip back. I certainly hope i my thoughts help anyone. Thanks for listening.

those that my mind never shuts down, I can’t make up my mind because I have so many ideas I don’t know which one to choose. I wonder if that is why my lower back hurts almost all the time except when I am not thinking but doing something.
Try giving a thought a color, then move that color from your head, down to the base of your spine and see what you feel. I'm getting that your back hurts because you need your lower tanden point adjusted. You can try this on your own. Imagine a planet like ball that has a slow orbit that should sit right under your belly button. Yours is low and to the left. Visualize moving this ball back center, and up. I hope this helps. Also, yoga to help with the physical structure.

Probably a jammed throat chakra--I'm autistic, and her description of a jammed throat chakra rang true.
From what I’m being told, autistic qualities are part of the evolutionary shift and are primarily produced epigenetically. (The simple explanation of epigenetics is the way the body and mind react to the environment-physically or energetically.) *Mental illness has many sources of causation.
Laurie would be a great addition to one of the Connect to Empower events!

Wow! That was such an amazing video! The part at around timestamp 40:00 where Lori mentions the “security team” I literally felt chills! Even weirder, twice before that point, my video just froze! It’s like my security team didn’t want me to hear that bit of information. 🤔🤷🏻♀️ I will need to sit and have a chat with my security team to discuss my constant weight loss failures. My health cannot afford to hold onto those old limiting beliefs. Time to move forward.
