My mum always added fresh onions to the last stage of her stews and soups and boy oh boy. I hadn't tried the boiled fish method before, seasoned perfectly it's da bomb. Thank you for that tip. This garden egg stew oh mine the process is " superb" oh yea I know because I use almost the same process with lots of sliced onions which really gives a distinctive flavour. Sissy your cooking is always 👏👏🥇❤. Great cooks are born in Ghana😂
