It's very helpful & wash ur hair with palmolive shampoo...its soo natural and gud 4 ur hair....and condition with himalaya conditioner its soo shining and we will get a better result for split endz and re generation of hair

Not at all!! It has Buttload of silicones. Use something that is silicon free. Because silicones will eventually dry out your hair. Avoid silicones and sulfates at all costs if you have dry hair.
