    I purchased a book. Didn’t read it. But suddenly it was available on audible. Listened to it 3 times.
    I even listen to it on my way to the listing appointment. And Yes! I charged full fee! No questions no explanation. Simple as that.

    It's crazy how their are only 13 comments.This information is priceless. I am not in the real estate business, but these practices are applicable in any sales situation. I have been following Chris for over 3 years and have turned my sales career into an enjoyable and profitable venture. The reason some people do not embrace these priciples is because they have been brainwashed and are incapable of critical thinking. Everything they teach is based on facts and neuroscience. You owe it to yourself to study these principles. It will literally change your life.

    Full fee, in this market for some but it won't be for me. I put the equity into the house, and you want to take it. Yes you might put it online (tax deduction) plus more. I've seen 6, 7% not for me.

    Seems like MOST agents have turned into robots that want to reply their standard way NO MATTER what their buyer wants 😢

      Yeah, having standards is important. Seems like buyers/sellers want free consultation about their homes and then hire someone else

    What is so sad is these all basics and fundamentals that've been taught since I can remember. The scary part is this is deemed mind blowing or new information.
