Back to Germany in Europe is not a serious problem btw. I frequently get stuff from Amazon overnight from Germany. Trains exist here, and 50% (or thereabouts) of our freight in the UK goes through the Channel Tunnel. Vehicles can do that too. And since electric vehicles basically don't break down, I wouldn't worry about it.
Should do a comparison on Tesla and Rivian for the first couple of years - production and financials. Oh, and Rivian is almost impossible to find locations - any link to service centers drops you on the main page of Rivian. My 2016 Nissan has four cameras so a Tesla having cameras is not an added cost like lidar would be - it is expected for a car now.
I wonder if anyone had done a study of what might happen if a lot of LIDAR-equipped are operating in close proximity, like a dense traffic scenario. You could get a lot of spoofing.
2:30 Jesse did a good explaining why lidar is expensive. It’s not just the unit cost as many commenters, including me, think but the fact that theres several of them required to be placed around the car and each consumes energy to operate. The costs really add up for each car in terms of unit costs multiplied by number of units plus energy requirements. Plus, each additional lidar unit is an additional unit to maintain. Adding everything up, Elon is absolutely correct, lidars are really expensive.
So bet your life on 1.2 megapixel cameras instead? How is that going to pick up a sport bike going 100 miles per hour towards your intersection? I have FSD I'm no longer a believer
Not a big fan of Rivian but saying they are not profitable after 3 years is not surprising as most businesses don’t make profit in the first five years. Due to the upfront capital investment being so high id expect this to be longer for automotive companies
If AI has to rely on data, that AI is in interpolative mode. Meaning it does not know outside the dataset, aka the edges. Momenta does not need a huge set of data, it inferences the situations and reacts or acts accordingly like a human. This Momenta AI is in extrapolative mode. It understands the convex or situation as it changes. There is no edge cases. I as a human could be in Timbuktu for the very first time and I can drive on any roadside of Timbuktu without any prior knowledge (data) of any road in Timbuktu. That is because a human can know what a drivable surface is at all time.
If you seen that picture of the Tesla and the fire truck . Then you saw the back end of the Tesla was crushed. It was hot by someone else and pushed the Tesla into the side of the fire truck as it was passing.
Lidar is superior to just cameras, you guys are just repeating Elon's talking points. Autonomy will not be reached on the cheap, it's going to cost money. They will probably need advanced radar too.
I invite you to watch any number of RUclips clips of FSD driving without radar or lidar. Radar was removed because it was out of phase with camera data. Lidar is an excellent technology but is very expensive and unnecessary. You don’t have to believe some random in the comments; take 10 minutes to watch a couple of clips. Updates are coming out every three weeks now that Tesla no longer has commute constraints. It’s been a whole new world for several months now.
I'm new to investing, and I've lost a good sum trying out strategies I found in online tutorials. I would sincerely appreciate any recommendations you have.

Momenta are getting ahead of all the 'investors' who think they missed out on FSD so are looking for the next Tesla all over again after losing money buying Nio, Aptera, Rivian, Fisker and, if they're really gullible, Nikolai.
Yeah because Tesla is killing it “no pun intended” with the self driving thing. FSD the way it is currently envisioned is a pipe dream, solely relying on the cameras and sensor Tesla utilizes is not working which is why Tesla has been quietly revisiting and purchasing LiDAR units from Luminar.
Even if 12.whatever were already better than the best human driver on Earth, Tesla would still be trying to improve it. You are working under a false assumption.
"We're just two dudes on the internet.'
Dude and Dad.
Right on guys.
Fisker will give a set of tools and 3D printer for free with each car bought.
Does lidar stop working in the rain ? Tesla Vision throws warnings that fsd is degraded due to weather.
Thanks guys

Great information, a lot of insight on evs.
Spitting facts! keep spitting Zac & Jessie🤗
Very valuable videos

comes from what people in control consider an advisory
Fisker is a great designer and a criminal businessman.
LiDAR an expensive sensors WILL NOT SCALE Way too expensive

2019 Tesla first year profitability
canoo almost makes the van i want...but it will probably go bankrupt.
gmc EV1 which you could only lease, not buy.

The self driving TSLA car might not have run into the fire truck had Musk installed at least 1 lidar on the front of the car.
A fire truck can’t be seen with vision?
@@juliahello6673 It wasn't by the TLSA that ran into it.
If that's the Walnut Creek incident in February, the driver was drunk and therefore culpable for their own death as sad as that is.

I suggest Miss Hattie Glover is extremely good on that. She is really good at what she does, Now I can pay so many bills because of her help.
Please educate me. I've come across this name before. Now I am interested. How can I reach her?
This is correct, Hattie's strategy has normalized winning trades for me also, and it's a huge milestone for me looking back to how it all started..
Isn't she the same Hattie Glover that my neighbours are talking about? She has to be a perfect expert for people to talk about her so well.
Her platform is wonderful, and her services are exceptional

Thanks for the analysis
Great Insight Zack & Jesse!!😊 please do SHOW on Electric AIRCRAFT⚡🚁🛩️....👀 Love your PV module Table!!🌻🌞
So much hardware on those cars.
Just more nyk!!! :D
I wish you guys weren’t so negative about non-Tesla EVs

Bottom line. Tesla FSD is not fully automated. We know 12.4 doesn't work because they're working on 12.5 and 6 and 7 and 8 and 9...

So lidar is bad because Elon said so. Ok dudes
LiDAR WILL NOT SCALE hello da sparky sho said so……
Jus spitting facts
