I noticed that everyone on the show originally was trying to act like everything was fine but Claudia would regularly bring up that the cohosts were beefing and making up behind the scenes then also she would talk down and constantly say she needed to represent and stand up for “natural born women” her comments, her tone and her overall work really went down hill over the years - it really seemed like she did not like her cohosts
I'm tired of hearing from Al's friend. Al is quite capable of speaking for himself, either let him tell his own story or keep quiet. He doesn't need a spokesperson.
But that's what real friends do. I'm a person who chooses to let stuff go like Al. I don't feel the need to tell my side. But my friends don't see it that way. They speak up and out for me when I ask them to stay quiet. I guarantee that Claudia is so loud about Al because she knows his personality. She would not dare do this to someone like Armon or Funky

Armon should have never mention the behind the scenes conversations with production concerning Al and not mentioning Star on the show. That was a big NO after Star had already let FoxSoul know she was not to be mentioned on the show.

Why are people praising Al for keeping it professional. Keeping professional on TV doesn’t mean he keeps it professional behind the scenes with his coworkers, production and the Fox execs. That’s still an interpersonal workplace issue whether we saw it or not. Al is not some meek little lamb and we can see how aggressive Al can be on the show and off the show. Yes, I said what I said.
Because keeping it professional in front of the camera is really all that matters. You can’t judge someone for what goes on behind the scenes that you know nothing about or have no real evidence for. Perception is everything and all we can judge are their actions in front of us. The only time I’ve ever seen Al aggressive off air is when he called funky dineva. Beyond that, he’s always appeared professional. The other two have very bad track records. Claudia falls out with everyone and has been fired from most of her jobs (that we can prove), and Armon is just messy.. you can see that just from watching his videos
@@juliusdv6657 In front of the camera is not all that matters, behind the scenes actually matters. Behind the scenes is the work environment and it impacts what we see on camera. If that were the case documentaries like “Quiet on Set” would not exist or the “Times up” and Me too movements wouldn’t. The anchors on the news were professional in front of us but doing all kinds of things to their coworkers and staff behind the scenes. The movie moguls were smiling in everyone’s face and being praised meanwhile they were harassing and assaulting actors and others behind the scenes. The child actors still performed in front of the camera but were being assaulted and treated horribly behind the scenes on set…their work environment. Also, if you watched TEAGIF from beginning you would see the last couple months before the roast Al was playing in our faces. He clearly was having some temper tantrum and it showed in how disengaged he was on camera. And the viewers were consistently commenting on it in the Live chat during the show and on the replays.

AL is being very strategic by not speaking himself. That makes him guilty to me. Throwing a rock and hiding his hand and using mouthpieces (most notably Shawn "defundshawn" who called into THIS show to speak for Al while Al lurks in the bushes). I don’t respect AL. He strategically called Funky (while Funky was LIVE ON AIR) to say to Funky that he needs to see the roast, then afterwards demand that whole roast episode get deleted by Fox Soul, and then keeping quiet to form (and threaten) a lawsuit against the producers of TEA Gif while still trying to stay with the FOX network and appear on Fox D.C., Fox L.A. and other Fox affiliates as a contributor. Plus, the caller Shawn who called into this show is biased since Al is RETWEETING and Re-sharing IG clips from defundshawn on his own Instagram. Then when news of TEA Gif's cancellation broke, *he once again called Funky during his live on July 3* to try to speak on it during Funky's show, but Funky wasn't having it and hung up his call and continued talking about other topics. Funky is staying out of it. Al is super messy on this one. I'm surprised a lot of people can't see this.

That's why I love the comment section it shows you how different people really are. I actually continued to watch the show after funky because of Al I enjoyed his educational commentary and his laugh is infectious. And I absolutely love how he never let people s*** on Black men or Black women; he always stood up for us when people had negative things to say about either sex.

I don’t know these ppl so I have no idea what caused the breakdown. But I did notice that Al’s attitude toward Claudia changed after Funky left. Almost like he only was able to tolerate her because his “ally” (Funky) worked there. I also always got the sense that the three of them had a nice/nasty type of rapport. Not a friendship, but a workING relationship. But IT WORKED!!! lol Like I sensed the tension at times, but it wasn’t problematic for me as a viewer. When Funky left, the foundation was shook and barely kept the new show afloat. I didn’t know how it would end, but I definitely knew that it would end shortly after.

Al may have other jobs but no one in media or Hollywood was checking for him until Claudia put him on. I had to take a break shortly before Funky left because I couldn't take the energy. Sad that it ended, but I would have stopped if Al would have kept up with his negativity. I think fox was looking to cancel the show. They had way too much overhead for a zoom show 😂. I’m sorry for any black jobs 😒 to be lost but I wasn’t a fan. They had too much drama for the network and they cut losses. I don’t think it was one person to blame. Armon was probably the least innocent (although carries some blame) he was only there since April??? Armon just brought the issues to the audience which was super unprofessional. Claudia has a habit of throwing stones then hiding her hands. Shes FOR the gossip, but half the time, she just doesn't pay attention to who shes gossiping with. Why are people praising Al for keeping it professional. Keeping professional on TV doesn’t mean he keeps it professional behind the scenes with his coworkers, production and the Fox execs. That’s still an interpersonal workplace issue whether we saw it or not. Al is not some meek little lamb and we can see how aggressive Al can be on the show and off the show. Yes, I said what I said.
Because keeping it professional in front of the camera is really all that matters. You can’t judge someone for what goes on behind the scenes that you know nothing about or have no real evidence for. Perception is everything and all we can judge are their actions in front of us. The only time I’ve ever seen Al aggressive off air is when he called funky dineva. Beyond that, he’s always appeared professional. The other two have very bad track records. Claudia falls out with everyone and has been fired from most of her jobs (that we can prove), and Armon is just messy.. you can see that just from watching his videos
@@juliusdv6657 In front of the camera is not all that matters, behind the scenes actually matters. Behind the scenes is the work environment and it impacts what we see on camera. If that were the case documentaries like “Quiet on Set” would not exist or the “Times up” and Me too movements wouldn’t. The anchors on the news were professional in front of us but doing all kinds of things to their coworkers and staff behind the scenes. The movie moguls were smiling in everyone’s face and being praised meanwhile they were harassing and assaulting actors and others behind the scenes. The child actors still performed in front of the camera but were being assaulted and treated horribly behind the scenes on set…their work environment. Also, if you watched TEAGIF from beginning you would see the last couple months before the roast Al was playing in our faces. He clearly was having some temper tantrum and it showed in how disengaged he was on camera. And the viewers were consistently commenting on it in the Live chat during the show and on the replays.

Why are so many people who didn't even watch the show calling in with opinions? How does that work? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!
AL is being very strategic by not speaking himself. That makes him guilty to me. Throwing a rock and hiding his hand and using mouthpieces (most notably Shawn "defundshawn" who called into THIS show to speak for Al while Al lurks in the bushes). I don’t respect AL. He strategically called Funky (while Funky was LIVE ON AIR) to say to Funky that he needs to see the roast, then afterwards demand that whole roast episode get deleted by Fox Soul, and then keeping quiet to form (and threaten) a lawsuit against the producers of TEA Gif while still trying to stay with the FOX network and appear on Fox D.C., Fox L.A. and other Fox affiliates as a contributor. Plus, the caller Shawn who called into this show is biased since Al is RETWEETING and Re-sharing IG clips from defundshawn on his own Instagram. Then when news of TEA Gif's cancellation broke, *he once again called Funky during his live on July 3* to try to speak on it during Funky's show, but Funky wasn't having it and hung up his call and continued talking about other topics. Funky is staying out of it. Al is super messy on this one. I'm surprised a lot of people can't see this.

I don’t know these ppl so I have no idea what caused the breakdown. But I did notice that Al’s attitude toward Claudia changed after Funky left. Almost like he only was able to tolerate her because his “ally” (Funky) worked there. I also always got the sense that the three of them had a nice/nasty type of rapport. Not a friendship, but a workING relationship. But IT WORKED!!! lol Like I sensed the tension at times, but it wasn’t problematic for me as a viewer. When Funky left, the foundation was shook and barely kept the new show afloat. I didn’t know how it would end, but I definitely knew that it would end shortly after.

Al may have other jobs but no one in media or Hollywood was checking for him until Claudia put him on. The thing is she is always the target. Even when Cocktails w/ Queens was cancelled she was deemed responsible. Also she made it clear on CK that the Leadership changed and that she lost all the leverage that she had, so blame Fox Soul not her for executive decisions!

I think fox was looking to cancel the show. They had way too much overhead for a zoom show 😂. I’m sorry for any black jobs 😒 to be lost but I wasn’t a fan. They had too much drama for the network and they cut losses. I don’t think it was one person to blame. Armon was probably the least innocent (although carries some blame) he was only there since April??? Armon just brought the issues to the audience which was super unprofessional. I think if the show could have been saved, Claudia would not have been online for the last 3wks dragging Al. Looks like Al still with Fox 👀 doesn’t seem like Claudia is……..

Claudia has a habit of throwing stones then hiding her hands. Shes FOR the gossip, but half the time, she just doesn't pay attention to who shes gossiping with. The word always gets back out then she gets mad and her attitude flares up etc. People use her because they know her history and that shes not someone to get deep with. She doesnt look in the mirror, and she isnt very socially aware.
It’s apparent that the ratings weren’t there and it was easier for the network to the show then they continue losing money… if it was profitable believe me they would be coming back on air… they all overplay their hand

I feel that it was the roast! Armon took it too far, too much tea. Claudia laughing as hard as she was laughing gave she was enjoying Al's pain a little too much! The details were too specific, someone had to feed Armon that information! People think Claudia feed him that information. Al running to go tell was not a good look either.
