  • I made this Sink Skirt Using A Pair of Curtain I found on clearance at Walmart.
The Fabric is Durable and Wipeable.
it Created a Hiding Place Under my bathroom sink first my cleaning supplies. And a Nice Addition to My Elegant Yet Minimalist Look.
I've had this sink skirt for close to 6 months now and it has not fallen.
and I've wiped it without taking it down.
if I should have to take its down to wash it, I can put it back up, using the Duk Brand White Tape.

I love this!! I’ve been looking for a sink skirt readymade that’s not so expensive and they are not my style. This is perfect-I’ll be making this weekend!

Thank you for your kind & ( inspiring ) words. Good compliment ( are so encouraging ) I made this one for the same reasons. I just washed it in the washing machine in ( cold water ) & it stays together with the hot glue.
I also keep a roll of Dollar tree bling to hot glue it on the top edge once I put it back on the sink. Because the bling wrap gets damaged in the washer. 😣🥴

Hi, I apologize for not responding sooner, My laptop is out, and I just haven’t been on this app.
It’s actually easy and it took me 2 days. Because I failed to realize ( if I had cut the top portion of the curtain and measure the length of the sink, to see how long it was. Then just over lap the two panels and hold them in place with the white Duck tape, then glued the bling wrap on top. It would had been much easier for me & the viewer. I want to redecorate my bathroom, if I do make a light Pink one, I’ll do a video of the easier method.

Maria you can find it at Walmart in their Sewing Department. It’s Called Heat Bond & it comes in a big sheet that you cut to size or strips

What was the duct tape for? sorry confusing.

I used it to tape the sink skirt to the sink. Because the Velcro wouldn’t keep it on the porcelain surface of the sink. Then to cover the white Duk tape I hot glued Bling wrap to the tape

If you use duck tape to keep it on then how do you wash it🤔🤔

It’s white duk tape, I pulled the sink skirt off the sink including the duk tape. Removed the duk tape off the skirt & washed it in the washer in cold water. Then Hung it up to dry.
I’ve washed it twice since I diy’ed it
And then I give it a light ironing and use white duk tape to put it back up and if I want to be fancy I hot glue bling wrap over the Duk Tape. Til it’s time to wash it again. It doesn’t really get dirty. I just feel I need to wash it because a few months go by & it is a bathroom. It may not look dirty. Yet Germs, humidity. All that stuff.
      I’ll probably make a video.
      Like an update.
      Hope this helps
