Weirdly I came across Nip&Fab In sainsburys last year ... Noticed the packaging and thought it looked gorgeous, they had the full glycolic acid range, I remember being stood in the skin care isle for about 30 mins while I googled them and glycolic acid, I ended up buying the glycolic scrub (for about £20) and I noticed an instant response, I was absolutely amazed! Fast forward about 6 months and I've built my entire skin care range around them, the full glycolic, salicylic acid and retinol ranges and my skin is honestly the best it's ever looked!

They could definitely appeal to more consumers by offering unscented versions of their products, especially considering fragrance allergies are becoming more popular and its completely unnecessary. Can you recommend a good unscented alternative salicylic acid solution available in the UK?
My absolute favourite nip+fab products are the bee sting fix repair shot and the viper venom fix blurring shot. Sound so scary, but they’re amazing! I managed to bag the bee sting fix for £3 at superdrug once😱 would love to try more of their products, so fingers crossed for the giveaway😍 xx

I’ve been using nip and fab since around Christmas and it has actually helped my spots quite a lot as before I had spots all over my forehead and nose and I’ve been using the salicylic acid tonic to build up my skins tolerance to it and I have just ordered the 2% and from what you have said I can’t wait to try it!! I have used nip and fab on and off for years their dragons blood eye masks and serum are favourites and something I’ve repurchased a few times, i wasn’t a fan of the daily pads or the glycolic cleanser I found them slightly drying but overall I love the brand and would love to be entered into the giveaway x

Same! I have combination skin with acne and bad pores. usually I find acne cleansers dry or irritate my skin, gentle cleansers feel like they do nothing but the teen one seems to find a great middle ground.

I just bought retinol serum, but it's with dimethicone... Ive read that I should use retinol on dry skin, but because this serum is so heavy... Should I use it after essence? Can I use it after salicylic acid serum? If yes, do I use moisturizer after that retinol serum? It's quite heavy and I have as my moisturizer cerave lotion, quite watery... I'm confused :(

Hey hun thank you so much for watching. I actually think 2% is the right concentration for salicylic acid and will give you great results.. I would use it every other day at first until your skin gets used to it then move to daily. At that strength you shouldnt get too much irritation and it will do wonders for your pores.. I totally see your point about active cleansers but at the same time, I also like knowing the fact that my facewash is also treating my face at the same time. Nip and Fab used to do a facewash cream a few years back which could be used as a facemask or an overnight facecream that I loved but they've sadly discontinued! Ever since using that I haven't been able to go back to using ordinary facewashes. So on this basis for me, I am grateful that at least one brand is creating a 2 in one facewash that's also skincare.

Please stop using the bee sting one, cuz bees are dying for that moisturizer.... Just my opinion.

I believe The Ordinary has a 2% salicylic acid solution as well, no colour, no fragrance and very cheap (under £5)

I just bought retinol serum, but it's with dimethicone... Ive read that I should use retinol on dry skin, but because this serum is so heavy... Should I use it after essence? Can I use it after salicylic acid serum? If yes, do I use moisturizer after that retinol serum? It's quite heavy and I have as my moisturizer cerave lotion, quite watery... I'm confused :(

I have sensitive skin to the point of sensitive skin moisture sometimes reacts with it (I think it's 1 particular ingredient because anything lush leaves me with a rash just from touching it). Do you have any light moisturiser recommendations?

I bought the nip+fab serum with 2% of salicylic acid and lil bit worried that it may cuz irritation or chemical reaction on my skin.. So what you suggesting ?? (by the way am new to skincare)
Hey hun thank you so much for watching. I actually think 2% is the right concentration for salicylic acid and will give you great results.. I would use it every other day at first until your skin gets used to it then move to daily. At that strength you shouldnt get too much irritation and it will do wonders for your pores.. Which line is best for tackling mild acne
I totally see your point about active cleansers but at the same time, I also like knowing the fact that my facewash is also treating my face at the same time. Nip and Fab used to do a facewash cream a few years back which could be used as a facemask or an overnight facecream that I loved but they've sadly discontinued! Ever since using that I haven't been able to go back to using ordinary facewashes. So on this basis for me, I am grateful that at least one brand is creating a 2 in one facewash that's also skincare.
