What to check on an Oster Clipper when freshly sharpened blades won’t cut

    that was so incredibly informative and helpful. My Osters have developed a very loud clack and now I think I know why.

    So I got a question my hinge seems fine but I've never actually checked for play were you replaced the parts.. I could have my blades sent out but I found replacement on Amazon and they don't cut unless your pushing down on them but the himge is tight I did drop them could something be out of adjustment with the clippers not the blades those are easily adjusted. have classic 76 my brand new 000 blades 0.05mm and #1 2.4mm won't cut But my old one's do just not that Sharp When I say don't cut I mean the smaller blade isn't moving unless I push down only on the new blades but the motors spinning normally. Any idea what it could be?
