I absolutely loved "Movie 43". It was like they had a table of junior highschool boys collectively write a movie during lunch time; and somehow the movie got made. That sounds like a insult, but it's not. And it really was a great homage to "Kentucky fried movie" and "Schlock".

To all the people in the comments section who love Movie 43, fantastic. I'm glad you could enjoy something like this, and all the power to you, but I'm sorry, I'm with Jessie Shade, Movie 43 is garbage. I am not above laughing at immature comedy, but none of Movie 43 lands for me. The jokes are just malformed and barely anything funny is said throughout the entire runtime. And to those bullying Jessie just for not liking your favorite comedy movie, kindly go 🖕. You don't have to agree with his review, but to bully and troll and insult just because someone doesn't like a movie you like is incredibly immature and toxic. To assume that Jessie and people like him just hate Movie 43 because "Oh, it's childish, I'm pretending to be like my taste in comedy is so superior to others" is incredibly bad faith and immature. I just don't find Movie 43 funny, not because I'm against offensive comedy, but because Movie 43 is not an offensive comedy that executes it well in my opinion, because it thinks that just being offensive in and of itself is funny. But that's just me. If you liked it, perfect, and I'm glad you can find enjoyment in something others, including me, don't find funny. But you have to accept that comedy is subjective, and not everyone is going to laugh at the same things you find funny. Just accept it, move on, and keep enjoying Movie 43.

I feel like i'm the only one that appreciates this film. Was it bad? Yeah, kinda. Was it funny? Sometimes, yeah. Was it even funnier seeing all these big serious actors act like complete jerks? Definitely. Also, there's no way this can be the worst comedy film in a world where all those 2000's era National Lampoon's "spoof" movies exist. Those don't even have jokes. Just references. At least Movie 43 has actual gags and jokes.

Saw it in theaters. That it was a collection of shorts isn't that bad. They were just so bad, which was the problem.

You either hate this movie or you love it.I love it. Not all of the segments hit, but the majority of them do. After the credits is "Beezel", James Gunn's segment. Don't miss it.

Jesse!!! Please, just before Indy 5 opens, please do the Cannon films double feature of King Solomon's Mines and Alan Quartermaine and The Lost City of Gold! These turds are now free to watch on RUclips. They need the AGM treatment!

I'm sorry but Citizen Cane sucks. I'd rather watch Road House on repeat for 12 hours tha suffer through georgewellian nightmare of Citizen Cane ever again.

Your caption is kinda misleading -- You are presuming it's a "comedy." Honestly, I cannot understand the thought process behind this dang movie. Any comparison to Kentucky Fried Movie specifically and the Zuckers in general only highlights how badly Movie 43 failed. It is definitely one of the worst movies ever made.

People are overreacting, this movie is fine. It's not different from like Superbad, American Pie, any Adam Sandler movie, etc, just a "go-crazy" comedy.

a few weeks ago a friend made me watch it with him and that made the difference. to enjoy this you need to be a guy-or a really immature girl, and you have to watch it with a friend. weed will help.
