Actually I thought what he said was very interesting. He said a vendor company to the FDA found in ONE batch trace amounts, but after re-testing found nothing. Hawley didn't allow for full discussion. I'm normally pro-Hawley, but I'm even more pro-truth and really would have liked to have heard all the facts.

@@xone838 Well, we didn't get to hear the discussion did we? Labs make mistakes. A small sample could have been contaminated. When you test, you don't rely on one single sample..and one lab. The bottom line is we don't know because we didn't hear a real discussion.

Josh Hawley is a Godsend in the political arena. I am sitting here with tears in my eyes, remembering my lovely friend who died from cancer at the hands of Johnson and Johnson. This company's products should be avoided at all costs! They have in no way received justice for what they have done to a trusting public. I hold fast to the great consolation that God sees everything....

And that’s not even the full list of Johnson & Johnson products. They also make medical products for use in hospitals.
Geez you’d think we would stop using fillers and stop the Victorian style products that killed many Americans because of greed and ignorance.
They don’t fear it. It is why they have insurance. They shrug it off because they make customers, not cures.
Insurance companies have liability limits strictly outlined in the policies they underwrite and only pay so much.. and If they can prove in court that J&J knew they had asbestos in the baby powder and attempted to cover it up they could fight J&J and not pay a cent forcing J&J to cover the entire cost themselves.
They don't fear it because even though it may actually bring down J&J none of them will be held criminally responsible... they just get hired at another company. Its for this reason I believe corporations should not be a legal shield for the criminal behavior that some large corporations seem to engage in. If the heads of a company knowingly place an unsafe product on the shelves that kills people they should face jailtime not just fines.

Unbelievable gull. Thanks Senator Hawley for your incredible leadership. I used that powder and ended up with cervical cancer. I used powder due to sports and excessive sweating. I began to try the lengthy road to court and suing, gave up because of money involved to do so. Thanks Josh, thank you.
