  • This delicate silk rug needed a gentle touch. Hand washing wat the only option to bring back the beauty of this delicate rug. Although it did sustain some damage it can still be repaired, and hopefully give many more years of use.

    I really, strongly prefer the videos where you have captions explaining what you're doing with each step, and never more so than when you're tackling something unusual like this. You're using different soaps and techniques than usual and I'd love to see the captions explaining what these different products and techniques are and why you're using them!

      Especially for this small rug, the single camera worked really well. Made it very easy to see all your steps and the progress. I agree, especially for this unique treatment, it would have been great to have your super caption explanations.

      The captions also make people who find the channel want to stick around to watch the video. I started watching on the video where Dirt and R2 were named(in other words I’ve been watching since almost the beginning and I’ve gone back and watched every video you’ve posted) and if there hadn’t been captions on that first video explaining what you were doing I probably would’ve been lost and left the video never to return. You’re the only rug cleaning videos I watch because you explained the process on the first video I watched so I didn’t get bored because I had no clue what you were doing so I closed the video never to return again. Maybe I’m just weird, but I think there have to be others who feel the same way. I’d also have really like to have known the process of cleaning this rug through captions.

    • @Clarebear3477

    • @mufflonpengpeng1209
      @mufflonpengpeng1209 3 месяца назад +61

      What made me become a fan of your RUclips channel were the close-ups and different camera angles. Never hectic but simply so that you could see the foam, the texture of the foam, the structure of the carpet and the work of the different brushes. That is what is visually satisfying for me. And the blue cleaner. Man, that stuff is blue. You've posted long videos of single camera shots before. I love those too. But not as much as the 25-30 minute videos, steady beautiful camera shots and close-ups. Please, please keep the different camera angles.
