Very well equipped new car with smart solutions - GiottiLine GiottiVan 60T by Rapido!
Very smart bathroom solution that ensures you get a large bathroom the width of the car and your own separate shower cubicle, which is unusual to have in a city camper! The car has Truma Combi D, (diesel heating, similar to Webasto), which provides heat and hot water, which is a practical and popular solution. This is very nice to have as it uses diesel from the fuel tank.
The motorhome is 5.99m long, which makes it easy to tow around and easy to park. Can be parked in a regular car park. Here you get the best of both worlds, this can be used as an everyday car and for longer and shorter trips. Works as a passenger car on ferries and toll rings! Can be driven on a normal car driving licence, class B.
The car's dimensions:
Length: 599 cm
Width: 205 cm
Height: 260 cm
Outside, you have an awning, electric step, reversing camera, living room door with door stop so that you can keep it halfway open if desired, recessed windows, sun shutters, mosquito door, outdoor lighting and double folding doors at the back with window/blinds/mosquito netting! Notice the recessed windows and front in the car's colour. The car has a nice partial leather interior and LED lighting all around provides plenty of light for a pleasant atmosphere. Reversible pilot seats with armrests and adjustments, air-conditioning system, airbags on both sides in front, on-board computer and robust Euro 6 Adblue - 2.2L Turbodiesel engine of 140 hp which, in combination with cruise control, makes the motorhome ready for travel.
Large window surfaces and roof hatches provide plenty of light. The windows have curtains, blinds and mosquito nets.
Kitchen with hot/cold water, cooker hood, and storage space. Note that the car has a large automatic fridge with freezer. This is the new model from Dometic that has a door that can be opened from both sides! Smart relief table in the kitchen. See the pictures and notice the LED lighting all around.
The world's largest bathroom in a van? The bathroom has a very smart solution that tilts out so that you get plenty of space and your own shower cubicle! Here you can get a bath the entire width of the car!
There are reversible pilot chairs with armrests that make up the seating area! The table in the seating area can be extended with a wave of the hand for an even larger table surface. USB connectors which are very practical for e.g. phone charging. Mosquito netting also on the living room door. It comes with a bed kit to make an extra bed at the front if needed.
Plenty of space in the back of the garage. The bed can be lifted up for more storage and better access.
There is a load plate that can be removed for continuous storage.
In the driver's environment you will find chairs with armrests, air conditioning, airbags on both sides. Electric windows, electric mirrors and central locking are also in place. Cruise control is very comfortable to wear on long trips. You will also find storage with cooling and cup holders in the dashboard. USB and 12v connections. Anti-spin and ground hold function. The car has blinds in the driver's area that can easily be pulled out when you want it to be dark. DAB+ radio. A rear camera with a large screen is also in place.

@@annapechlaner1357 die gesamte Verschraubung. Unter den Kappen sind diverse Blindgänger und überdrehte schrauben. Die Fugen in der dusche haben sich beim ersten putzen gelöst. Die Rückfahrkamera ist mal mit mal ohne signal. Wobei man das Verbaute Radio als Rückfahrkamera nutzen könnte... was wir auch definitiv umbauen werden statt dieser Klappernde klappkiste auf der Amateur.

Thats a very clever idea. Is there any issue with mildew with the closet in the shower? I assume most owners would dry the shower before returning the closet to its regular space.
Hello and thanks for the comment. We have only received good feedback on this layout. There is an air vent that can be opened in the ceiling and the furnishings themselves are not in contact with the walls themselves. In such a car, there will also not be a lot of mist that is created due to the pressure in the shower and will not be a major problem. Have a nice day.

The swing-away closet revealing a shower is clever, but the shower looks too small to be usable.
Thanks for the comment. In a car of this type that is so compact (length 599 cm, width 205 cm) everything is obviously smaller, but having said that, there is plenty of room for me, who is 180 cm. Have a nice evening.

Of course space is at a premium, but that's why wet baths are used in many small RVs.

This is the best van I like best but the only thing is be nice to have a tv monitor with with a DVR player in front and mainly at the back bed.

Not sure if the toilet seat orientation would allow a tall person to use it without having to sit sideways. This does look like a great layout though. Lower price than we can get in USA. Hopefully the quality is good.

I like it but for me it would be better with a twin bed in the back going from front to back of the van and then the other side can be a lot more storage.

Bella soluzione trovata per la doccia e wc......sembra più un gioco di prestigio che secondo me a lungo termine e non potrà diventare non proprio così pratico e fastidioso se il camper si condivide in due......nel momento in cui si utilizza la doccia la zona notte diventa impraticabile se non dall'esterno.....non so......

@BobilagentenAS If I could attach a photo to explain I would. I am talking about the wide strip between the moving glass and fixed glass in the doors, I found that wide black strip restricted vision while looking out the side windows. We can agree to disagree, but as a paramedic I am acutely aware of vision needed to safely drive.
I just spent 4 months driving a Ducato, I wish that it had the design for the toilet and shower you have, much bigger than I put up with.

Wait a minute. Why does everyone like this? Aren't you taking up twice as much space having two separate bathroom compartments. When both the toilet and shower are in one room you save interior space so why did they do this? Having the closet inside the shower helps, but you still had to build two compartments.
Hello and thanks for the comment. When you have this solution, you get a large separate shower. If you close the door, you get a bath across the entire width of the car, which is unusual for a car of this size. There will also be better space to sit on the toilet, especially for larger people. If it had a combined toilet and shower there would have been enough room for a cupboard for food storage also no oven is a let down imo
Thanks for the comment. In this model, the manufacturer has prioritized having a large bathroom. In the sister model Giottivan 60B there is a combined toilet and shower. Then you get a large cupboard on the opposite side where this has a shower. Unfortunately, no cars in this class come with an oven, but it is possible to retrofit it. Have a nice day.

Not for me - the shower & foldouts for the bathroom are great but that tiny kitchen & cooker/sink is not at all conducive to comfort - sorry - I guess it just depends what your priorities are ! I think our UK Ford Transit based camper with a small toilet compartment & a nice kitchen area, with overcab sleep area for the kids & a dining area/double bed - circa 1980, missing a shower but far better than this fancy thing ! All still small enough to go anywhere a car could go ! I loved that thing - but the kids grew up & life changed !

I had a van when I was married and our cat liked to sit in the back seat and take a nap looking out the window. He also liked to lie on the dashboard and watch the lines on the road go by.

This car is made for the European market, so it may have to be imported. You can check out the manufacturer's website here: www.giottiline.com/en/. These cars are based on the Citroen Jumpy or Peugeot Boxer, but in the US they go by the name Ram Promaster.
