  • Hey guys thanks for tuning into my chemical peel tutorial! In this video, ill be combining the very berry pigment peel with the traditional Jessner peel for a medium depth peel that'll help target any existing and pre-existing breakouts/hyperpigmentation.

    How long do you need to wait before the next peel ?

    • @noxbeautystudio
      @noxbeautystudio  6 месяцев назад +1

      Typically 4-6 weeks, but it can vary depending on the peel being used❣️

    Do you prefer dabbing instead of swiping the skin with the pad? Also did u wait 3 mins between layers?

    • @noxbeautystudio
      @noxbeautystudio  Год назад +1

      i do both , i dab in areas that i feel may need a bit more attention, and yes to waiting the full 4* minutes❣️

    Would you used the jessner and pigment peel on high Fitzpatrick?

      I personally have and havent had any issues but make sure whichever brand you use is safe for the fitzpatrick type youre using it on before applying ❣️

    Hi! Could you perform extractions w the peel?

    • @noxbeautystudio

      Yes ! As long as the client is comfortable with you performing extractions, i would do so before applying the peel

    Did you remove berry peel with water before moving on to the next step ?
    Thank you

    • @noxbeautystudio
      @noxbeautystudio  2 года назад +2

      Nope the peel is self neutralizing and needs to stay on the skin , after applying and waiting the 4/5 min i applied all my soothing serums/moisturizer and spf 🤍

    Can you blend the Jessner peel with the TCA peel

    • @noxbeautystudio
      @noxbeautystudio  11 месяцев назад +1

      It would depend on a couple of factors, a few of which would be on the concentration of each peel being used and their overall formulation (if youre using a different brand) but for glymed it is safe to blend their jessner with their pigment peel which contains 7% TCA

    • @crockettkb
      @crockettkb 11 месяцев назад

      But not with the 15% TCA? Just curious, because i work in a dermatologist setting and things are done differently, and getting use to different peels. This was an awesome vide BTW!!!

    • @noxbeautystudio
      @noxbeautystudio  11 месяцев назад +1

      @@crockettkb thank you😊! & it would depend on the clients skin and what they would be able to tolerate ☹️ , but the higher the concentration is the deeper the peel is able to penetrate the skin so at that point you may get a medium depth peel as opposed to a superficial one which would be outside of an estheticians scope of practice and more into derm territory

    Hi so my question is you don’t wipe the peel off?

    • @noxbeautystudio
      @noxbeautystudio  2 года назад

      Hey! Nope 😌since its a self-neutralizing peel, it stays on the skin for optimal penetration, the next day you can begin you're aftercare routine
