I'm older at 46 but been watching the videos for some time. I like both the car and bike content. I need to get another BMX. I still own 3 frames I rode in the 80s, Hutch, FreeAgent and ELF. Ive had offers on them but I was a racer and couldn't bare to part with them. Any recommendations on a good strong frame? I'm a big dude too. I'm six foot 2 and 280 pounds so jumping wont be in the cards right now. Just riding. I have a specialized Rock Hopper Disc and a Scott Road BIke as well. I'm just out of the loop on quality BMX stuff

hey adam i just came out of plaster cast from when i broke my knee and riding bikes is actually the best thing that nichole can do. riding actually exercises the knee better than anything. (also, if she attends physio she should still do the exercises which has been set)
Adam, When I was our age I used to wait 15 minutes for a bmx video half as cool as this to download on my 56k modem, or buy a Video tape for $20. haha. Love that you're such a great promoter for the sport. Keep it up!
Just started riding, can do a few tricks like bar spin and manual. But my bike makes loose kinda cheap sounds when I land after a bunny hop or even one wheel just freely landing on the ground. fill 2 big Ziploc bags of ice and tape/wrap them around the knees, or wherever it hurts. Sit on a couch or chair or recliner for a while. When i run marathons, i get really sour for the next few days i do that every morning.
Hopefully you read this because I hope I hope it will help. I also have a knee injury and it helps by doing stretches daily. You have to sit down and put your right or left knee as far as you can go in front of you, and reach towards it as far as you can go. Hope it will help!
Hey there Adam, I have an idea to change it up a bit. Do a video at sky lifted downhill mtb bike park and see how you like it! Make it a road trip maybe if there aren't any bike parks where you are.

I had knee surgery. Nicole get Kino tape from walgreens or cvs and look up how to tape it for the specific pain it helps a lot with pain and comfort.
