Max had space to his left to keep his distance from clashing tyres with you, he chose to keep as close to you regardless of outcome! In my eyes, you did nothing wrong, including easing while in the corner knowing you could run into Max or offtrack as you exit the corner if you hadn't of. If Max had not closed in on you, then he might've took the lead out of that corner. I'm so happy you won for the 8th time at Silverstone 😁

Lewis, some weeks ago you were awarded two 5 second penalties, and you commented on the radio that "they" don't want you to break Michael Schumacher's record. Then Mick gave you Michael's helmet. More recently, a VSC was called at an opportune time for you to pit, which got you back in the front. Considering the place you were on track when the VSC was called, the timing couldn't have been any better than if you had your very own VSC button on your steering wheel! So I was just wondering if you still think "they" are out to get you? I think you are the best example of a great man, ethical, hardest worker I've ever seen, an overcomer, a shinning example of human potential and capability. But to say that bit, was not your finest self, not the man I know you to be.

That's a really interesting idea. We probably would have seen Seb, Alonso, Ricciardo, etc, each get a chance to drive the Mercedes at some point. While Lewis would have been shuffled over to Ferrari or Red Bull during very competitive years. Lewis in a competitive Red Bull would really cool to see.
