I have no idea how Machine and Born always hit the beats consistently. It never fails to amaze me.

Yes, money does make the world go round, but that doesn't mean an event can't be had without corporate sponsorship. Look at the early Freestyle Sessions, BOTY, and even the BBoy Summits- those were done with local and scene sponsorship. It's the big money prizes that require the big sponsor names and that is what corrupts the scene. Yeah I saw that one too. The guy from NEWEST crew was Jong Min and apparently he was also part of Expression. They probably just messed up there.

both korea/Japan and the US are good in both ways - I am no dancer but every bboy dance their best - so if you are not a dancer, at all, just shut up and watch the video instead of being super-protective of your fav crew.

I don't know about moonsojung, but I feel that corporate entities should not be involved in sponsoring bboys, ever. This (and hip hop in general) should never be bigger than an expression of yourself. Who the hell needs corporations to sponsor that? This is a main reason why the dance, the culture exploded in the first place: it represented the essence of self in such a way that most people couldn't fully understand it.. and that in itself brings some serious soul to the equation.

be involved more, there won't be much hesitation. I can see it happening already. It's not nearly as bad as the 80s-- when corporate greed nearly gutted the scene to oblivion-- but it's still quite a looming threat.

Japan side was Katsu from Style Vale Tudo/MZK. You might be confusing Katsu as Taisuke.
Now you may be talking about Taisuke killing it in this entire IBE event in maybe the other battles like against Europe, but as for this very video clip we are commenting under, Taisuke did not even come out once. If he did, show me where because I just looked through this whole video clip again and first guy out was Thesis, last was Machine, and in between that Taisuke is nowhere to be found dancing.

It's funny because it always seems like katsu & born think of each other as rivals. There both in zulu & they both hit beats. U can tell whenever either go in the other seems anxious. Idk i maybe wrong:}-

Damn this battle was tight! I kinda wished Bboy Kandoll (Expression) was there in the, he woulda' killed with his insane footwork. Oh well he's not very well known, but it woulda been nice seeing Snake or Physicx too. Machine, Thesis, and Luigi were killin' it too!

Dude, Taisuke didn't even come out once in this part 1 video, not once. He came out later on in like part 2 or 3, yes around one time.
But as for this video we're commenting under right now, Taisuke did not come out even once, the guy who came out most from Korea
