The first great eastern livery has to be my favourite ever! So many good memories!

Ah I remember the changeover between WAGN and "ONE" very well! Multiple liveries with the 315's and I loved it at the time. This must be between 2006/2007? Thanks for the memories!

Also, what do you think of Croydon's Tramlink. I wish trams and light rail was all over London, like in the early 1900s

I used to be a tram driver on the Croydon system years ago. Trams always held a soft spot for me. I believe that the money spent on Crossrail could have paid for a large tram system for London. Unfortunately the two London Tram schemes from the early 2000's, the West London Trams and Cross River Trams were both scrapped by TfL due to a lack of funding and support despite serious planning and finances going into them. An extension to the Croydon Tramlink from Harrington Road to Crystal Palace were also scrapped at the same time as the other two schemes. However there are plans for a line between Wimbledon South and Sutton which seem to be stuck in limbo at the moment but have not been officially dropped.
