I’ve got Covid too went to a family reunion in Chicago and came home with Covid lol my mom just got out of the hospital. She got Covid too. No appliqué the dress is adorable. Kim, you’re so talented. Beautiful job on the embroidery.

Wow, you and your WIPs are so inspiring! Your Pink dress is gorgeous and the appliqué is looking beautiful and sparkly, too! My husband, daughter and I just returned from a week-long vacation and I didn’t crochet as much as I thought I would but the time away and R&R was so good and needed. Today, I’m back working on a granny squares top in as many colors of Drops Belle (linen/cotton/viscose) that I could gather. I, like you, love working with color and seeing how different colors play off of each other. I hope you and your Mom are fully recovered soon and you have a wonderful weekend. ❤

I ADORE that Janine Myska book, I had it for awhile, but then it absorbed a gallon of water that went on the floor... it was not salvageable. Probably gonna get another soon, but I've got other stuff to worry about first. Namely how much am I willing to spend on a yarn that they don't make anymore, for a fingering weight sweater, and am I insane for considering knitting a fingering weight sweater?
