This is not redistributable problem. These DDLs are wrapper for MS api. The redist packages include only runtime DLLs, but not MS api. MS api contains wrappers for WINRT and .NET platforms. The both methods are invalid. The software developer has to support apps and it has time to time build new app version
Tried both methods and the first resulted in a new error while the second didn't put the libraryloader file in either of the two folders (32 and wow64). Only libraryloader 1-0.dll is in these folders naturally without me doing the first approach of placing 2-0.dll in there. The fact that downloading the latest Windows Visual C++ (2022) didn't put the file in either folder makes me think this may be an issue with the version of Windows. I am using a very old version, Windows 7, so I wonder if this is the main issue and if this version simply can't handle libraryloader 2-0, so maybe it's impossible to make it work. Just a guess.
The error I found is that the systems sais I have no permition to copy and paste the .dll file on each chapter. And I'm trying to intall and run Photoshop I already installed Visual Studio C++ and the error message is still jumping out

Funny that I get the error when opening a program, but when I click ok the program starts up and works without any issues.

Any reason why the 64 bit DLL would go in the 32bit DLL directory system32 and the 32bit DLL goes in the 64 bit directory???
