Dude you rock . Everybody and their grandma recommended the redistribution tool first , which didn't work for me. But just getting the ddl files and putting them into the appropriate folders did the trick . Thank you so much 🥰. Hitman 3 here I come
For some reason I installed an old GPU programming tools 2005 from NVIDIA and it installed some version of MS C++ and all of the problems started, I had a hard time since yesterday but now everything is ok. Thanks a lot, your saved my time 🌹

The VST are Nembrini Clon & Fazertone The Klone. I've cleared the cache & rescanned I also point Reaper to the directories they are installed in & nothing.

The video and the website instruction for 64-bit Windows are a little bit confusing, as they suggest that both 32- and 64- versions of vcruntime140_1.dll are needed, while a zip file contained one .dll file. I copied same file to two suggested directories and everything works smoothly.

That error appears when I try to download a video from RUclips or whereever, using Realplayer ad on. It comes up before the download and after the download. The video does download but the videos end up low quality.

Another way to fix this is to repair all the files it worked for me on my ROG ALLY go to settings, and the apps scroll down to where u see the redistributable apps, click on the tree dots in the app, click on modify, on the screen that comes up, click repair files. (Do this with every app you will not know which app is having the error so just do all of them and that fixed my issue)

Both methods don’t work for me. I’m on 64bit and I can copy into the 64 folder but the system 32 it won’t copy and says close the program or file. Nothing is running on my pc and I cannot figure out how to get this to install.
I followed this to the TEE and it's still the same, any suggestions???I'm on a Lenovo mini 64 bit with 8 gigs or ram, I had to reset me pc and as all of them ran good, I also got the Microsoft package and still no luck.

trying to install new version of bluestacks 5 (android emulator) error is vcruntime140_1.dll , has the _1 added to end of the name, not sure what it means. name it can't find is vcruntime140_1.dll also vcruntime140.dll is in both folders for my 64bit windows 7. so what is the deal with the _1 on the end of name.

After removing some bloatware I got the error. One of the uninstalls must've take the file for some reason.
