- Опубликовано: 4 янв 2022
- Hello friends, this is a module HW586 module which will help to to measure battery capacity of lithium battery. Such as one battery label is showing 2600mah but in tester we found only 1750 mah.

Interesting and very useful project. Is easy to put together modules but one need to know how to do it to have a useful gadget.
This is very useful and thanks for sharing.
Is there the schematic available? Thanks.
I have seen your video, nicely prepared very useful gadget as nowadays you get fake 18650 battery and you can test its capacity.i have a question what is the function of the XT60 female socket as I only see the connection but I don't understand its requirement/purpose.and also there is no circuit Diagram
Nice video. One misconception only. You ONLY charge the battery and give you 1715 mAh. What if the battery was already already with some remaining mAh from a previous charge. The correct way of doing this is to fully discharge the battery. Disregard the mAh of the discharge. Then Charge the battery fully, this way you know that the calculation started when the battery was in an empty state. The, if you so want discharge it again if you want to double check. This battery does not necessary have to be a fake! I like your videos. Keep making them. I am a fan!!!
Better separate the resistor or put heatsink on it , coz the R is boiling hot
Nice you should make an arduino one next. It simpler then this actually and maybe even cheaper if you use a stm32 then a hw-586 module. All you need is a mosfet a shunt resistor and discharge resistor + arduino. Arduino just controls the mosfet either on or off depending on voltage you want the test to stop at. It also does the running capacity total by measuring the vvoltage across the shunt, which is the hardest part of the whole project in my opinion and thats just code. But if you use a 1ohm shunt resistor the math is easy and the voltage drop across the shunt is exactly the current going into the battery. Idealy you want a small shunt so it doesnt take voltage drop off the circuit for more accuracey, so a 1 ohm shunt will give some error but i found the tester was close to the rated capacity of the batteries i was testing, and it was consistent which was nice, i would have relative accuracey between batteries at leaste, and that was the goal, to match batteries for packs. Also you get the benefit if using nice displays and customize how you want to display the information with an Arduino. I just ordered a similiar capacity tester and will put it up against my arduino one to see how they compare. Anyway this was inpsiring and enjoyable to watch, i like the pantry shelf cook approach, using premaid ingredients to make a meal.
Experiments good bhai
Thanks
Your project is funtastic. I love your videos 💞💞💞 . I am trying to share my knowledge. Your one click can change my life and increase other people knowledge 🙏🙏🙏
Could have used 1 switch instead of 2 for resistor right?
Very very nice video 👍👍👍....
Thanks
what is use of 5,5x2,1 and CT60 connectors - power input or output?
you can test upto 12v battery
@@easytechzones thank you. good job
Nice
Good job brother😊😊😊
Thanks ✌️
very good idea
Many many thanks
for lithium battery use 2 siramik 5wat regestor or 1 siramik 5wat regestor
thanks
Love from West Bengal 🧡
Thanks
@@easytechzones are dada ak ta request rakh be Arduino code ki kor banano hoy sei niye video dao na khub valo hoto tapan da
excellent
Thanks
Super Gujarat bro 👍
Thanks
What is err4 alarm on this circuit?
Very Nice
Thanks
Could have used single switch for making the resistor in parallel and single
Very nice video
Thanks
U could have usef just one any powerbank circuit instead of tp4056 and mt3608 boost converter. !!
which camera and lens do you use?
canon 200d iI
I need this type of pvc boxes
can you please tell me where to buy this
or if possible then courier this I will pay all the amount
🙏🙏
You can buy from local electric shop. Name as joint box
Nice 👌👌
Thanks
very nice project, congratulations!!!! Please share the circuit diagram, Thanks and all the best for the future!!!
Valo laglo dada khub
Thanks
Love from gujarat

Nice video, keep it up, thanks :)
Please share the circuit diagram.
👍🏻👍🏻👌👌
Thanks

Thanks
Сама идея не плоха , но качество исполнения оставляет желать лучшего 😕
sorry but i don't get it why you add the internal battery?
The internal battery used as a supply to the capacity tester

This is stupid idea 😅🤣🤣🤣
If you put power in then fine but your charging 1 cell from another that's worse than a power bank why didn't you show us it charging from 3v cus it Neva gonna charge looks quite dangerous
