Make Your Own Lithium Battery Charging Station

- Hello friends, this is lithium battery charging station where you can charge upto 12 battery at a time. Here i used TP-4056 Module to control the charge. This is very simple to make. just follow all the step and make your own Charging station.
Components:
1)TP-4056 Module : roboman.in/oa0m
2) SPST Switch : roboman.in/74he
3) Lithium Battery 2600mah 3C :roboman.in/mmab
4) Battery Holder 18650 pcb mount: roboman.in/dxdp
5) 3mm LED : roboman.in/02lz

Better if had you added reverse polarity protection on battery side for saving the module from unexpected damage

simple and efficient. personally i would revamp it with less fuss in mind by doing a 3d printed enclosure for let people make it more easily , maybe ditching individual switches since TP 4065 can virtualy switch on/off by inserting the 18650 and maybe putinng a barel jack somwhere for let pull the 5V of batteries for add a "power bank" feature. but for the rest , great stuff !

But why are you using type c module u can get micro usb module much cheaper ...nd also why are you using these module they are quite expensive to be used so many in numbers isn't there something different that can be used ...like this circuit costs.so much because they are meant to be used direct interference with the user but is there other options that is cheaper???? Это не зарядная станция, а недоделанный повербанк. Выходы плат зарядки можно было соединить и подключить к конвертеру с выходом 5/12/24В. И можно было бы использовать его не только для зарядки аккумуляторов, но и как повербанк, с возможностью втыкать в него аккумуляторы любой степени изношенности и ёмкости.
Да вообще если посчитать сколько денег он угрохал на самоделку ,дешевле купить готовые зарядки , с блоком питания ,и чёткой индикацией всех параметров .Самоделкины "недоделанные" ))) например 3 - 4 зарядки литокала на 4 акб каждая ,будет по себестоимости дешевле ,чем самоделка автора .
एक ही बैटरी को चार्ज करेगें तो कुछ छोड़ी ना होगा क्योंकि smps से 20A आ रहें हैं तो चार्जर मॉड्यूल खराब नही होगा

Смысла нет делать такую зарядку ,так,как есть готовые зарядки ,которые по себестоимости стоят столько же во сколько обошлась самодельная ,даже скажу дешевле будет стоить ,да и к тому же для такой самоделки ,надо ещё и блок питания мощный достать и сделать ,
