Its fun but also sad I see the officer there, he stands with his rifle Fires every bullet in the tank until the belly's full I bury my head in my hands and my hands do the dance As I'm crying for my mother Carpets full of blood, never ending flood "Did you do it, son?" Time was never on my side Signs say i'm moving on tonight And the February sun, all of it is done Yeah, time was never on my side
Met the fellas recently at their Majordomo album release, after seeing them at Enmore theatre. Such nice friendly guys, willing to chat to everyone, even this oldie! Connor on guitar, Vinnie on drums, Angus on base and Jordy singer/ keyboard/ guitar. Amazing talent. Hubby and I have the album blasting in the car every trip.
you should see them live in concert. Its this times 1000000. It made me fall in love with them and their music first time i saw them at my first concert ever
Thanks Triple J! Really glad you introduced me to this band. Such a great song with the energy and infectious sound that makes me want to keep replaying 🤠
Never heard of them before I enjoyed their performance very much it was fun energetic and they are talented I think they are great They have something special
Best song I've heard in a long time, this ep goes from fun to more fun and then ends with maybe one of the most amazing and also saddest songs I've ever heard, it is the first song I have ever genuinely cried to and that's honestly what I needed! Also the cover of video killed the radio star is unbelievable, I didn't know until I heard your cover that it is my favourite song ever! Joyce Manor and your cover are amazing! Keep it up lads!

A > C# > D > A# roughly, unsure on the chorus, i think connor's playing some sort of A? just looks like a mess of fingers, ive been trying to figure it out with middling success
This track live is the most fun I’ve ever had ever
I was listening to triple j and this came on and I started going crazy in the car and my mum was watching just like 😳😳😳

Cool.
I wonder if the drummer was referencing the goofy drummer in "gimmie some money" from This is Spinal Tap.
