Honestly I don't even remember the last time I got lunged by a Deino, it's been like once or twice since Gateway got relased, probably because less and less people are playing Deino so unless you are drinking in a spot that is known to have Deinos (like where you are drinking in the video) you'll probably not gonna get lunged. If you have to drink from Deino infested waters just take one or two sips so you have more time to get to another water source.
IMO its cause Deinos makes too much noise while underwater, its crazy, I can hear them from so far that unless I didn't see one sitting still I'm done for.
