Hi, I have 4 of these ks5L and red blinking 3 or 4 times and one green is a fan on psu start up issue something blocking the fan or opposite your AC infinity is running at full speed and creating this error I had exact same issue and when slow down AC infinity fan it works no problem so your psu probably is fine. I have posted video about a month ago of that issue on KS3M if you want to check it out they all react the same way on PSU since all PSU for these units are the same.
@THM Brother the only time the PSU light flash is when the PSU fan or fans is not working, however a solid red light is communication issues, just know that even if the PSU fan is spinning a little it may not spinning as fast as what the controller is looking for so it flash the red light .. solid red is communication issues or failed power regulator.
Respectfully, you got torched on that deal for the ks5l and ks5 pro. Hate to see it. I’m pretty deep on Kaspa miners too. Praying the bull comes for both of us
I have a question about hosting. Is there a minimum of miners you need to hoast? Is their a monthly fee outside the electricity cost? I think after i get a few more home miners (radiant and a scrypt) im gonna save money to buy bigger asics and have them hosted.
Some Hosting Companies have a Minimum MOQ and others don't, just have to ask. Most Hosting Companies you are billing monthly only for the kwh you have used. Home Miners are great to get started, next step is big boys!
Yall need to stop with the kaspa miners.. just gonna be bricks. To the one who asked what makes me think that.. look at the tokenomics..
Agreed....Buying Kas miners nowadays is not smart at all. They are already almost bricks.
What’s bricks?
@@RayaIrshaid what does a brick do?
Why? What makes ya think they won't continue to make money?
@@jakebudzinsky3800 one word.. tokenomics

That is super helpful! Thank you!

That road trip was definitely worth the time and effort. GG on scoring the necessary PSU before you needed it.
Yeah for sure
Glue with a small piece of metal & that screw is out mate. Does not look wedged in.
I keep drooling over your gear!
They are dirty enough, don't make me clean them again! Thanks for the compliment!
@@TheHobbyistMiner ahahha! That didn't come out right & I would never admit to being a serial salivater

Can you do a vid on how you do that power distribution in there?
Ya, i'm so glad they "don't cheap out" on the PS's So far so good on that.
First I have ever had this issue. I got lucky.
Imposible not to love the best project ever KAS❤
When dealing with such high amperage you don't ever just want leave it on without screwing it in.
What model are those power strips and meter?
Those are Altair Tech PDUS. geni.us/AltairTechPDU30a240v

never use impact or cordless drills Rule #1 or else you get screwed no pun intended LOL
@@TheMiningKiiNG I bought an electric screwdriver after this
thin copper washer might have worked
Great point!
Add a grounding wire
anyone else noticed kaspa doing over 337 TPS?? with only 1.4 BPS
Mining kaspa Is not profitable at all
that why we with our shet-icerivers don't have any profits, because you got to many asics😅
Too Many ASICS ... Never!
@@TheHobbyistMiner I can only watch and drool, as electricity in UK currently costs 0.24😇
Oh man, that is painful! Hosting maybe your best bet.
Put the two Miner on bugna and sedra
Not a bad idea to diversify!
Dude use the miner log. That will tell you everything
You cannot access the Miner Log of an IceRiver.
@@TheHobbyistMiner oh... Well then I apologize
