Those who want to take up BVSc must be ready to face challenges such as working in remote villages, dealing farmers in villages/extension activities to increase farmers income(to boost Indian economy) and hectic work schedule. Job satisfaction in service oriented job as a Vet in India is by contributing to National economy and not by making money by pet practice.

I am a first year vet student,what I had found is that there is no online study platform for veterinary studies like MBBS , engineering ,we cannot fully dependent on college for studies

I'm a Muslim and a veterinary student. Our religion doesn't prohibit us to treat a pig. It prohibits us to eat pig. So there would be no discrimination treating any species

Most of the information is erroneous..... Salary of a vet is different in each state and it depends on the state government.
20 lakhs -45 lakhs p.a....seriously...or it is 20k to 45k...20 lakhs is way too much as a vet in india...may be you got some correction to do!!

Hey, miss i am of batch 2015 (12passing year) i was and still am very passionate in animals esp cattle and agriculture @2015 due to lack of awareness i couldn't appear for aipvt (neet was not introduced) so i did btech mech and @2019 passed out now i want to try for bvsc and i dont want to invest more than a lakh per annum on fees so how much rank/marks i need to score for govt colleges or college fees less than 1 lakh . Kya bvsc ke bad mvsc Krna must hai (kya bvsc ke bad job nhi milegi)
MVSc karna must nahi hai. And BVSc ke baad bhi jobs milti hai. But doing MVSc gives you an upper hand if done in clinical subjects especially medicine or surgery. If you want to apply for government jobs then better to do MVSc as well.
