@@striderloki5080e need a ray nerf not an overly op Pokémon that's needed and if you don't have this Pokémon and the other team does,you'll lose. I'll rather have a zapdos 2.0 than this.

Stealing Ray shield would a nice counter imo. If that sounds broken they shouldn't buff Ray in the first place.
I mean if they don't want that, at least a decrease in shield would be nice
Thinking about it though, it's not actually as broken as it sounds. Yes, Umbreon's basically guaranteed to be able to score, but that's exactly it; Umbreon, and Umbreon alone, has the guaranteed score. The maximum amount of points you can gain from this scenario is 198 ((50 on Umbreon+49 on Comfey)×2), and in said scenario, Umbreon's team is down 2 Pokemon when defending against a push. Umbreon being able to steal Ray Shields is no more broken than the Ray shields themselves
If that were the case, attacker and speedster might as well go back to the base.
I don't think stealing Ray shields would be broken at all. The move only steals shields, not extra effects on them, like unstoppable scoring or increased stats. When people learn to play around it, it will usually only hit one or two pokemon after Ray. Its range is big, indeed, but not that big

How? Not only would Umbreon have to actually hit the Unite which the enemy team can just avoid Umbreon, Rayquaza is one of, if not the most broken MOBA objective I've ever seen. Having one counter to that, that may or may not even work, is not broken lmao.

@@gilmerpastor7927 Not at all. Zapdos has more counter play imo. The instant score is only good if they hadn't broken any outer goals or everyone on your team is dead. If they haven't you just sit at base and kill them/cc them down and you're fine. Ray not only do you have to get their shield, but then kill them too after wasting everything for their shield. The shield also stacking with move shields as well. It's very nutty. And the buff they gave to the scoring speed with the shield too makes it almost instant like zapdos anyway, but they don't have to risk taking damage to get it off, and can still fight after. Ray is infinitely more overpowered lol.
@Hasuno Sora you don't have to kill them, scores win the game. They all have to be alive to all get a shield. Getting a shield down is easier than landing a kill which was the only to stop a zapdos score. Anyone who is revived after zapdos can still virtually get a very high score in
@@ItzAndyArson u give even more reason why umbreon would be BROKEN, if ray is the most broken objective and u give a random pokemon the ability to null the effect, then becomes a must in the team... if ray its so broken, u fix ray, not make another problem "fixing" a problem lol

@@bojuu because it could be the same way as they did with the score shield and ray shield: two separate shields when scoring and doesn’t necessarily stack with each other

Too bad it cannot steal ray shields, would be a nice comeback mechanic if you lost ray but umbreon can steal the shields. Would be totally fine for me if he just gets the shield not the dmg boost and they can cap it so umbreon wont have 25k hp with shield.
Maybe they will change it, because right now after loosing ray, its really hard to come back into the match, mostly because the team is giving up.
Rayquaza is hard to steal hence if it do it then it will become broken

its the main and final objetive, why would a unite move of 1 pokemon out of the 10 possible could null all the effects of it? makes no sense,

c'mon the area of effect isn't that huge, you'll have more luck nulling all the effects with a venusaur or gardevoir ult
@@renarddubois940 all ray effect are up while u have his shield, once you lose it, the effect is over, no matter if its 1 second or 1minut later, umbreon steals it instantly no matter what pokemon u are, if u are a greninja with a small ammount of shield or a blastoise with a huge one

also that basically mean that you'll try to keep your unite for that moment just in case which means no unite during the team fight.. that's balanced

@@l4zybo1 Fair enough, but Umbreon's basics change when inside the field, which already seems to function differently from a normal status move, so I would think it would work, especially since it works on Eleki
But eleki is different. It’s like rotom, every status ailment/debuff works on it
