Sam, sorry but my question is off the above topic. I am a customer who is wondering why salons do not brush the hair off their clients anymore? As soon as the service is over, all they do is remove the cape. I used to get a long-bristled brush across the back of my neck, and then maybe they'd use the towel from my neck. Now, it's nothing...they remove the cape and walk away. It bugs me so much! Should I be a little more aggressive and have to ask for this? I really love watching your videos even though I'm not a stylist. I always learn something new! Thanks!

they can legally use a lint brush or lint roller. though. Nothing at all justifiable about leaving hair all over a client, it's gross and itchy lol...
