I'd honestly get magnets implanted in my nostrils surgically to bypass the adhesive halos. Maybe I'm sitting on a million dollar idea 🤑

I love it! I trim a week's worth, then spend less than a minute applying them each night. I have never had a leak or been awakened by a mask issue. My previous head gear was causing my eyes to be puffy from straps preventing the normal lymphatic drainage, and tiny blood vessels were breaking on my cheeks beside my nose. I was using a small cushion that was always getting pushed out of place.

I tried five masks before this, and was frustrated by the head straps always having to be adjusted, and air leaks. The Bleep Eclipse is a salvation!

Unfortunately my first night with this system had a leak failure on one side that started small and while I tried to add more tape still was chasing the leak. So I was waking up adjusting trying to press down the tape which would hold for short. Until I woke up again with it leaking total of 29 l per hour But figure that probably after 5 hours was when it started leaking in my sleep more before I woke up to find it. I know the first hour it said zero leaks but I felt the small one starting at that point. Since it was only one side I'm going to assume user error or some other issue with that Halo placement. Since the foam pad is a little less flexible than I would like, I think when the face moves it could loosen if not perfectly applied. I also felt cool air or a wetness on that side. So I'm thinking that once the humid air from the machine found a small pathway, it just kept widening and moistening which probably wasn't helping it re-stick down.

Initially I really liked the eclipse. However, overtime, no matter how much prep I did (witch hazel; alcohol; cavilon; etc.): the adhesive would fail. Bye the way, it is a real pain to have to reapply the adhesive pads during the middle of the night. Furthermore, since the pads are not reusable; it becomes extremely expensive! Personally, I woud skip on this one... ☹

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Eclipse! We're sorry to hear it didn't work for you...The Halos probably work better with skin types that are dryer. (and yes they can add up so it's really a trade-off). We hope you found a CPAP mask that you like and if you want any CPAP mask advice, we're happy to help!

Yes, this interface does rest on your top lip more than a mask. But I guess a trade-off then straps along the side of your face and having to keep adjusting a headgear.

I had the issue with the pulling on my nose during the night as an active side sleeper, My solution is a hybrid mask. I took the magnet nozzels off the eclipse and popped them in my F&P Brevida nasal cushion, and adjusted the head gear loosely, but just enough to keep from pulling on the nose. (no I'm not using a hose lift. Not having my bedroom look like a hospital room) This solution has worked brilliantly for me for over 3 weeks now, brevida mask is very quiet as well and headgear being loose doesn't cause skin marks or mess up my beautiful gray hair!

Just started using Bleep Eclipse. I have problems connecting as the metal rings on my nostrils are not perfectly parallel to the magnets. The magnets angle inward while the rings attached to my nostrils angle outward. Seems to be insufficient tolerance in the allowable flexibility in the nasal fitting. Any advice? Anybody try sticking both halos to the magnets first and then sticking to the nose?? The actual shape and dimensions of the adhesive seems less than ideal (at least in my case). All the videos and instructions seem to show people cutting the adhesive near metal ring on one halo so the second metal ring can be closer to the first. Why not make the adhesive strip that includes BOTH halos with ample adhesive surface area to allow positioning the rings so they are parallel and in perfect alignment to the magnets?

I found this makes to be terrible. No matter how I place the adhesive strips, they always leaked during the night at some point. The noise was also unbearable, even after retro fitting a more robust vent filter. I would rate this mask a 3 out of 10. There is also the costs of the Halos's to consider as well.. I am glad int has worked for some, for me it was a total waste of money.

I wanted to love it, but if you sweat at night at all, those adhesives start leaking like crazy. I even used paper tape repeatedly all around it, and it still lifted up from their tape. Or at the least got a crease that came up and leaked. My leakage was bad on this.
The heaviness of the magnets started pulling on my nostrils too despite a hose lift and caused a crack in the top of my nostril that I couldn’t heal until I stopped using it.
I support this start up and wish them the best as customer services is the best. It just didn’t work at all for me.

can it be used with a resmed machine?

Hi, yes the BLEEP Eclipse can be used with a ResMed CPAP. The Eclipse comes with a 16" tube with a standard connection that is compatible with all CPAP, APAP and BiPAP machines. If you use the ResMed AirMini Travel CPAP, you will need an adapter.

I have had some difficulty locating the AirMini adapter for this system. Do you happen to have the model number and manufacturer? Thanks !!!!
