    I have been wearing the same toe socks on my last three multi day hikes, love them no blisters! Great video, love the bibbulmun track series.

    Thanks for sharing Caroline great tip about the toe socks! Wool is great when wet I've got an icebreaker t-shirt cost me 80 GBP but it's never let me down.

    Get trail running shoes and always at least 1 or 2 sizes bigger to allow for swelling

    Great advice. I have wide feet too and it is the cause of all my foot problems due to most boots being too narrow. I finally found some that were perfect and then Ecco discontinued them. Absolutely exasperating so I am back to square one. Anyone know of a brand that makes wide fit boots?

    Your feet don't seem to smell very fondly after hiking, working etc...
