I had no choice BUT to become full time, two knee surgeries....and lost my truck driving career due to a truck driving accident (not at fault) but I've been an artist before, the military or truck driving....it was ALWAYS been my destiny dejesus
Great video as always my dude. Love how you are so encouraging and positive and totally ok with answering questions you've answered a bunch of times. Even when you repeat an answer, you seem to always have a little bit more knowledge to add to it. I finally started doing customs after years of procrastinating thanks to your videos and I just finished up scooby doo themed pairs for me and my kid!
wheres the art videos at anymore!?! ive been waiting to see you go hard in the paint again. doesn't even have to be from a tutorial angle just loved watching you turn blanks into amazing designs.
Hi I just started customizing, had a lot of mess ups on the first pair I made can you do a video on what are the best ways to fix mess ups and fine detailing? Thank you so much for your content, you have truly inspired me to create.
Great videos bro!! I was wondering when painting the soles of the shoes(not the part that you walk on) should you prep that before putting paint on it. Kinda like if you were going to do paint splatter on them. Also do you use the finisher on the sole as well.
Iam start to make some drip nikes for my cousins but now the colour was a lill bit under then stencyl what would you do?the sneaker is white the pain that I brush is black My ideas are: Spray white over the black pain Or try to remove black pain with aceton So what works for you better brush over or try to clean with aceton or both?
If I wanna buy some off your stencils on etsy can you explain me what is the size small medium and big I wanna some drip stencils for under the Nike swoosh I thought it's easy to make it self but I think it's easier to use a stencyl for every time so I need the stencyl for a sneaker size 35 EU How long you think is the shipping to Germany?
@@DeJesusCustomFootwear oh like if a shoe is white u don't need it ? Or if the shoe was black you need light gray correct me if I'm wrong I'm learning from your videos thanks bro
@@Steelcityreece yeah if it’s black, light grey is a great base. If the shoes white it can depend on the color you’re gunna be painting it and such, how scuffed up the background got from the prep process.. but usually not straight up white as a base on white shoes
You don’t need to add duller when using LK or Angelus Matte finisher? Is that right? Also, thank you for the awesome content! Learnt everything I know about customising trainers from your videos 😁
I did another pair for my niece. She used sharpie on her shoes and destroyed them. I prepped them and all. Let them dry . She took like 2 weeks to pick up. But I asked her today to show them to me and the paint is literally peeling off. I’m giving up now. This is the second pair I make that literally paint starts peeling off. And I have watched your prep videos and others and I just don’t know what’s happening .
Sorry to hear that Deysi. How have you painted these? Airbrush or paintbrush? How many layers? Lots of dry time in between? Did you use any additives into the paint?
@@DeJesusCustomFootwear paintbrush and about 3 layers and plenty of drying time . I barely had any spare time so I was doing a layer a day . No additives . 😞
@@demalu4603 3 layers isn’t enough paint for almost any color in a lot of situations. So if it was covering in that few coats there’s a high chance your layers are too thick

When painting your shoes , do you use white as a base coat for every color ?
Nope it can kinda depend what color the base shoe is, sometimes may neeed to use light grey

Hello sir beside of Angelus paint are there any other paint we can use?
If you’re gunna be working on leather shoes, you want a paint that’s formulated to work on there… none better than angelus in my opinion
@@DeJesusCustomFootwear thank you sir🙏
Hi Dillon, love your vids. I wanna buy a airbrush but im on a budget, any suggestions?
