I have the hyperx quadcast and I enjoy it have had it for two years, soon to be getting a shure mv7. Really excited to own one but I do really recommend the hyperx mic for a bare base line for budget. I even use it to make music.
I really liked my HyperX Quadcast S I got in 2020. It fully bricked the other day from a silent firmware update. So I don't think I will be going with them again. Gonna try out the Shure MV7 this time!
I'd always prefer the HyperX Quadcast S. I use it now since two years for several podcast projects and it not only does it's job, it does it on a very good level. My colleague used the Shure MV7 for a while, and maybe it was his own fault, but could never make it sound as good as the Quadcast S.
i sound so bad with my quadcast. im trying soo many settings but it isnt working out. i have a pretty quiet voice so it doesnt really help at al. i have some videos on my channel with the mic. what do u think?

The only downfall of the MV7 is the micro USB port. It’s so weak it’s prone to breaking. So plug it in and leave it alone!
short and simple
thank you :) will go for the shure since i'm not a fan of rgb anymore
That's a perfect reason!
bought the mv7+ cant wait
hey! which one is better for streaming on bed? being 50cm far of the mic?
I honestly prefer the quadcast s got one myself and basically being nearly 4x cheaper its really the best overall mix
I don't wanna hear that.

Hey bud nice video! Whats your mic arm for the hyperx ?
Thank you! Here is a link to my review of the mic arm that I use - ytube.io/3WIx
Thanks for the information
My pleasure!
Great video mate!
Much appreciated good sir!
did you change any settings on the mv7
*When your pop filter is just a **-pop-** filter, your mic sucks. LoL!! So long, Shure. It's been great, while you were a respectable brand.*
Excellent Video!!
Thank you!
The hyperx sounds almost as good considering the shure is more expensive....
Niceee
amazing vid for how small you are!
Thank you, that means a lot! I hope to keep improving.
Shure MV7 Works on Ubuntu 22.04?
Unfortunately I am unsure and not really familiar with the Ubuntu operating system. :(
good video 👍
Thanks mate!
@@ggessentials4261 of course sir
have you on max volume and can't hear you
Background music was extremely unnecessary and a poor decision, especially if people are focusing on sound comparisons.
