Dimash was welcomed home a hero by 30,000 of his countrymen and fans from around the world. A MUST WATCH from this concert (find on his RUclips channel) is Dimash’s performance of the song “Daybreak” which is based on a true story. The composer, Chinese singer/songwriter, Han Hong, adopted a 2-year-old boy named Han Houhou, who had lost his parents in the Maling River Gorge disaster on October 3, 1999. A cable car fell from a mountain top platform to the bottom of a 40 meter valley killing 14 and injuring 22. Han Houhou‘s parents lifted him up over their heads, saving his life. Han Hong commemorates this tragedy with this song. Incredible performance 🙏🏻🇦🇺
Dimash was telling his people that he was having technical issues with his ear monitor. It amazed me watching Dimash " All By Himself" on that huge stage at that even bigger venue and was in complete command and control of it all. No visible band or backup singers, just Dimash. He is mesmerizing.
