    So stoked for you on the baby news. Had my first at 23, and I'm 29 now with 4 little ones. Also, proud of you for being unashamed of your faith. Been walking with Jesus now for just over a decade, and it seems like people our age are dropping like flies, so I'm encouraged to see what the Lord is doing in your life. Bless you, brother.

    I deeply respect that you’re 22 and saved with a child on the way. I got saved when I was 15, married at 21, and our first child was born at 24, and we are now trying for our second child at 26. More men need to grow up and be men in their 20s. Contrary to popular belief, 20 year olds are not kids. We are men. Not bogus alpha male wannabes, but I put my faith in God at a young age, and was gifted purpose and drive before many of my peers.

      @1timokazi 5 месяцев назад +4

      Imagine your body being a machine, the cleaner and better fuel you use (food you eat), the better you are going to feel and look overall. Portion control during meals also matters, but prioritizing protein goals over empty calories is something you have to just do. The more filling something is, the longer you can go without consuming more calories. Don't undereat, but sometimes sugary things make you want to continously keep eating. Being able to scratch those itches with healthier options like fruits or cooking something yourself is the only way to really get around it. The more unprocessed and natural a food item is, the easier it is for your body to process it. Start reading ingredients and try not to eat things with chemicals and random words you cant pronounce, soy is another thing companies like to add in the ingredients which you should look to avoid. It takes time, and all the small changes will add up if you stay consistent and eventually you WILL notice and feel the difference. If other people can do it, you can too. Even if your goal is far away, each day you work towards it is one day closer to achieving it. Good luck with this, you're still very young and ahead of the game if you keep informing yourself!

Any advice? Greetings from an orthodox brother ☦️ and happy easter.

    • @kevinholstra
      @kevinholstra 5 месяцев назад +1

      Likely you are either over training or training with not enough intensity (assuming it's not an issue of frequency, minimum 3x a week). A list of exercises and program will not solve anything. You can do any exercise, it is irrelevant, there are plenty of them, some feel amazing for others and terrible for others. Just be smart about it,, experiment and learn. In example don't do 3 different bicep exercises at the end of your back day, you'll be fatigued already and after the first bicep exercise it's mostly junk volume.
