As someone with chronic insomnia, depression, anxiety and who walks every single day for an hour or more in nature, I can wholeheartedly say it has not made a single bit of difference to my health, I often feel worse for doing so.

try meditation, yoga and ice man breathing. Also try exercise 15 min like running, nutritious meal, adequate sleep, no cellphone, and deep breathing.

Exercise doesn’t help an exhausted body. Perhaps you should focus more on rest and relaxation,

Id be very curious about the comparison of these interventions compared to somatic experiences which stinulate the vagus nerve, and also the also that create safety and support in the body.
I just finished Dr. Aimie apigian's somatic group course (21 Day Journey) and i have such massive shifts in both bodily symptoms, mental state, sleep quality and reactions to my environments. Obviously an ongoing process of using these tools, but it would be rather interesting to see the data on it. As ut directly inpacts the gut, default mode network and amygdala.

That's an interesting idea! I'll keep an eye out for that research.

Have you heard about the Nerva app? It was released by the Monash University and it's a hypnotherapy-based 6 week program. It worked wonders for my anxiety and the gut repercussions.

I hear this in some youtube videos like in the background for some seconds. I have a doubt that some things are used for satanism

Whoa, whoa. You're kinda stretching your chiropractic degree aren't you? I'll take my advice from a Medical Doctor, thank you very much. You stick to subluxations and such.
