I see some good advice here, if you train yourself to fight, you have to be critical of yourself, otherwise you will get complacent and over estimate your skills when you really need them.

That way of working requires a lot of endurance and pain resistance, but its really beneficial. Also keep in mind to work in your allowed heart beat zone
@@Crosshook1 please keep in mind that there are no gloves , blocks or helmets that will absolutely absorb damage from any punch. Therefore, make your defence the most prior thing in boxing. On top of that the whole point of boxing is to hit while not being hit. Having strong defence is vital for long-term boxing career. I suggest you to watch soviet and post-soviet boxers, because IMO they do have the best defense in the world
