I remember talking to a convenient store clerk at Vegas. It was my first time being there. We were talking about all the things to do. He made the comment that it was a 24 hour town. I replied that I only have an eighteen hour body!
They’ll take your money 24/7, but not EVERYTHING in Las Vegas is open 24/7.
@@nellosnook4454 Back in the 1980's it was! Maybe NOT now.
The WORST food borne illness I’ve ever had came from Vegas. I really should have gone to the hospital, but I luckily recovered. This isn’t something a lot of people think about.
High heel wearers, stash some foldable flats in your bag!
i BRUSHED MY TEETH TWICE A DAY WITH OUT FAIL, Didn't drink a lot of soda, didn't eat very much candy. I didn't use drugs seldom drank alcohol. Nobody told me if I didn't stay hydrated. I would have teeth problems. Shortly after I turned 50 i took a big bit of an apple. 2 of my teeth stayed in the apple. Dehydration turned the inside of my teeth a soft mush. The one thing i didn't want to happen. NOBODY TOLD ME, NEVER READ IT IN ANY HEALTH MAGAZINE, OR SEEN A WARNING AT MY DENTIST. iF YOU DONT DRINK ENOUGH WATER YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR TEETH.
Don't go to Vegas.
Thank you…
3:43 This. If you are a smoker, you'll probably like the many indoor areas where smoking is welcome in Las Vegas and elsewhere in Nevada , and this may particularly attract smokers to the region. But if you're not a smoker, and normally live in an area where smoking is less prevalent, then you may be caught unprepared for the onslaught of smoke at many venues. Even a non-smoking hotel room in a hotel that welcomes smoking in some of its areas can be very unpleasant -- watering eyes, difficulty breathing, headache. And taking a walk around the hotel (because it may be too hot to go outside) puts you in the more smoke saturated areas. So if this could be an issue for you, definitely do a little research ahead of time, and don't simply take for granted that the air quality will be similar to what you are used to, or that a room advertised as non-smoking will be an adequate refuge.
That's actually very good point!👍
This! I am always careful about going into specifically casino areas. I remember all too well the old days before the 90s where people could smoke whenever and wherever they liked, even in hospital waiting rooms. And, I have severe asthma.
And thus why I never go into casinos.
Thanks! 😊
You're welcome 😊
I must mention this extreme story, although not sure how true this is, where someone was found in a bathtub unconscious and his kidneys were missing! Although they would either have bled to death or septic! And renal dialysis for the rest of their life (told to me by my sister as a flight attendant). Be careful with strangers!
Tons of criminals in lv
What's funny is when you live on the East "Coast" or West and are privy to fresh seafood one is very wary of eating shellfish or seafood in land locked States. At least we should be!
Thank you, Dr Hansen!
I thought poor decisions were the whole point of Las Vegas.
1. People travel to Las Vegas to do what would be illegal where they live.
2. It’s also “The Town Losers Built”.
3. Yes, gambling addiction is a real problem there too.
Vegas isn’t nicknamed “Sin City” for nothing!
No All! I have been numerous times, my core behavior never changed!
Very interesting video!
Glad you enjoyed it
Would you please post a video addressing parasites/worms?
Eat piping hot, cooked food.
I knew it! I never want to go to LasVegas!
1. I’m traveling to LV Oct 18th.
2. I reside in WA state now, but I’m from LV.
3. The barometric pressure can be very oppressive.
4. Heat during the day, yes, but in remote desert areas, the temperature can drop lower than you would expect.
5. Prepare accordingly.
6. Strategize transitioning from air-conditioned vehicles to air-conditioned buildings.
7. In addition to adequate hydration, polarized sunglasses & wide-brimmed head-ware is also strongly advised.
8. Consider carrying soft insulated containers with ice packs-if you feel particularly uncomfortable, place ice packs on the back of your neck & forehead until you can reach an air-conditioned environment.
Or consider not going at all
There are cooling towels you get wet & can put around your neck. Saved me when I visited Henderson recently.
Unwanted pregnancy is so common and you know why.
Sorry doctor can't come
😮😂❤❤❤
And still no diagnosis of our beloved President whom we love lovingly with great love.
He seems seriously in need of a diagnosis. But what do I know? I am not this kind of doctor.
Look out for Bedbugs in Hotels in Vegas!
If you need this video for a trip to a hot place you probably won't last long anywhere as yr a candidate for The Darwin Award lol
Hair of the dog is the cure
I recommend not going to LV. It works every time for me.
That’s fine. We’re full anyway.
Smart! 👍
And don't forget Covid. With all the crowds in the hotels and elevators, I came home with covid the last two times I was there!
Excellent points! 👍
WOW, you had COVID twice and didn't die !!!!!
You forgot herpes
Stay dehydrated, avoid direct sun as much as possible and enjoy!
And don’t forget the number one cause of death…thinking that, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.
😂😂hahahahaha!!!!
Honestly I would rather travel to some place else, and definitely AVOID all that.(Colossians 3:6). 🤦🏻♀️ Because all that you have mentioned is sin and disobedience to God, and sin brings death Dr. Mike. 🙏🏼☺️
